Osebje je bilo super. Lokacija je bila super. Bližina plaže je bila odlična. Čista soba. Zanimiva dekoracija. Zajtrk je bil soliden.

Cons:

Kljub dežnikom, skoraj da ni sence. Večerja je bila v najboljšem primeru - povrprečna. Izgleda bolje, kot je. Veliko hrane nima okusa. Če imaš rad pommes - ne boš ostal lačen.

Air conditioning is unsatisfying. The installation seems to be insufficient for the building. In the dining room as well as in the rooms, it is quite hot, although air conditioning is running 24/7 at the strongest setting.

L'albergo grande e con molti spazi la vista sul mare e l'aria condizionata che funzionava benissimo visto il caldo. La colazione e la cena molta varietà e buone. Subito sotto una bellissima spiaggia con accesso praticamente diretto dall'hotel.

Cons:

Essendo un grande hotel si perde un po' il rapporto con il cliente quando siamo arrivati ci hanno messo un braccialetto di plastica blu con la scritta dell'hotel per poter riconoscere chi entra ed esce. Capisco che è anche per la nostra sicurezza ma se avessi avuto 20 anni forse nn mi avrebbe dato fastidio adesso a quasi 60 lo trovo di poco gusto e fastidioso si impiglia con ciò che metti non è igienico ...insomma potrebbero farlo in silicone più versatile la plastica era rigida e tagliente...e magari anche esteticamente più bello.da un 4 stelle mi aspetto una soluzione migliore... L'ultimo GG nn ci hanno fatto la stanza ...letto sfatto asciugamani nn cambiati ...tanto il giorno dopo andavamo via🤣

Pros:

Konaklamanın içerisinde akşam yemeği olması gece çok geç saate gelmemizden dolayı bizi çok fazla maddi ve zaman kazanma konusunda rahatlattı. Bence tesisin diğer en önemli avantajlarından biri ise plaja geçişi olması.

Cons:

Fark ödeyerek batı deniz manzaralı bir oda kiralamıştık fakat klimanın performası yeteli olmadığı için (bir kaç kez şikayet edince daha fazla güneş gördüğünü söyleyerek) odayı değiştirmek zorunda kaldık.

Las instalaciones, el Dj en la piscina, el foodtruck que había para comer algo.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy finas, los cojines que tienen en la cama también son muy blandos. La jefa de limpieza nos trajo otras almohadas, pero más de lo mismo. La comida era de batalla, ya que está muy pensado para extranjeros. No hubo en toda la semana, ni un día gazpacho, los postres estaban muy malos. La verdad que la comida, para ser un 4 estrellas me ha decepcionado.

Pude disfrutar de unos días en la isla y la experiencia en el hotel ha sido muy gratificante. Quiero mencionar la amabilidad y excelente servicio del equipo de Restaurante Buffet, siempre con una sonrisa.. al igual que las chicas de pisos de planta 1!!
Por otro lado, no puedo decir lo mismo del equipo de Recepción, (excepto el chico que guardó mis maletas) Creo que el calor por la falta de suficiente A/C en el lobby junto al uniforme que llevan, no solo les borra la sonrisa cada día.

Como persona que trabaja en el mismo sector, las valoraciones siempre serán constructivas.. pero no podemos olvidar que a veces también somos clientes ;)

A lovely and relaxing stay with friendly staff and great facilities.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and very helpful. We especially appreciated being able to continue using the hotel facilities, including the pool and shower, on our check-out day. It made our last day much more relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The sound insulation could have been better, although this was also partly because we had a particularly loud group staying next door.

Das beste Personal das ich je erlebt habe
Pros:

Ein Hotel kann nur so gut wie sein Personal sein. Und in diesem Fall war das Personal einfach klasse! Vor allem die Damen die im Restaurant unten abräumen waren einfach nur toll. Haben daher auch gern der Putzfrau und den Restaurantmitarbeitern am Ende noch Trinkgeld gegeben. Denke Ibiza ist teuer genug da sollte man dort nicht noch Abstriche machen ;) 1A sauber und ein wundervoller Blick. Musik ist am Pool nur zur Mittagszeit etwas lauter weil ein DJ dann da ist aber ist dennoch alles ganz entspannt :) der Pool könnte auch schon um 9Uhr offen sein im Sommer das wäre noch nett gewesen. Drinks sind Ibiza typisch teuer aber sehr lecker. Man kann sich dort wirklich eine schöne Zeit machen. Und ganz großes Lob nochmal an die Mitarbeiter ❤️ der Strand direkt nebendran wird nie erwähnt aber er ist wunderschön mit glasklarem ruhigen Wasser. War cool immer einfach vom Pool mal kurz rüber gehen zu können.

Cons:

Viele Engländer aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts :D
