Hezké ubytování s výbornou kuchyní, ale personálem bez zájmu spíše s diktováním podmínek.
Pros:

Jídlo bezkonkurečně nejlepší, snídaně jsou velice bohaté a pestré, stejně tak jako obědy či večeře. Je možnost tedy na výběr od salátů, přes ryby, pečivo, polévky, sladké, smoothie, prosseco, až po džusy, ledové čaje atd. Vybavenost pokoje je dostačující, včetně televize, vířivé vany s krásným výhledem na moře.

Cons:

Byli jsme zde již podruhé (poprvé v roce 2025) a musím říct, že ochota personálu je na bodě mrazu. Nelíbilo se mi například, že si nemůžu vzít sendvič na pokoj - vzhledem k tomu, že bylo odpoledne a vevnitř nebylo volné místo, kde si sendvič sníst (myslím v klimatizované místnosti) tak mi přijde nepochopitelné. Před rokem všichni milí, usměvaví, ochotní, ale letost bez jakéhokoli zájmu - což v takto hezkém, dražším hotelu s výbornou kuchyní považuji za zásadní mínus a prestiž hotelu to velice snižuje.

had the most wonderful stay at The Ibiza Twiins and truly enjoyed every single moment. From the minute we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. They always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.

The entire hotel was beautifully maintained, very clean and stylish. Our room was lovely, comfortable and always perfectly cleaned. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, and the drinks were also amazing.

Everything felt very well organised, relaxing and special. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for the lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would come back anytime.

Location was great. Pool was big. Rooms seemed outdated and property can use remodeling

Cons:

Constant plumbing issues. Toilet leaking made the entire hallway smell horrendous. On and off cold water. Dealt with the leak for 2 days and only on the last day we were moved.

L’emplacement, la taille de la chambre et les parties communes

Cons:

L’insonorisation, le latin très tôt on entends les femmes de ménages avec leurs chariots balader c’est très désagréable aussi, la qualité des oreillers est très médiocres, et surtout les deux lits jumelés glisses toute la nuit lorsque vous us dormez seul vous passez toute la nuit à essayer d’éviter de ne pas tomber dans au milieu.
