très bonne adresse je recommande fortement même si moutons et voisins peuvent perturber les nuits !

Pros:

I really liked the house,the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were big and very clean, we had everything that we need.

Cons:

We were there during a very warm season in Mallorca, so it was extremely hot at night, and the fans didn’t really help much.

I was also quite worried about the sheep because they hadn’t been sheared for a very long time and had a lot of wool.

Sehr ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit viel Charme und wunderschönen Weitblick ins Land. Die ruhige Lage lässt einem den Alltag vergessen.

Cons:

Nachteil: Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten!!!, obwohl das auf Booking.com angegeben ist... und eine Klimaanlage gehört doch eigentlich zum Standard heutzutage?! Bitte bei Buchung unbedingt beachten

No está mal, pero no iría en invierno, muchas posibilidades si mejoran algunos puntos.

Cons:

No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, mala insonorización con la habitación contigua. No dispone de a/a y el ventilador de techo muy ruidoso.

Lloc molt tranquil, correcte, tot i que pot semblar una mica desamparat

La tranquil.litat. Nosaltres estàvem a l’estudi del pintor i l’interior era net i correcte.

Les formes en la comunicació.
També s’ha de tenir en compte, que si esteu a l’estudi del pintor, fora mateix, hi passen sovint ovelles on hi deixen les seves necessitats, i un munt de coloms que hi voltegen.

Lo primero que no hay aire y hacía una calor insoportable, lo sentido que en las zonas comunes robaban cosas, los propietarios no vieron a conocernos en ningún momento, y uno de los días nos encontramos a una persona intentando de abrir nuestra puerta con la excusa de que iba a probar la llave que no tenían otra, les dije que eso no estaba bien, las llaves las pruebas cuando allí no haya inquilinos, una toalla de mano y una de baño por persona, para 5 días, el wifi pésimo, no conectaba con los televisores, cobertura cero, la televisión no funcionaba, se filtraba el agua de arriba a nuestro apartamento, no teníamos armarios, no teníamos sillas, el agua de la ducha se salía y se quedaba en el pasillo.

Un lloc rural
Pros:

El lloc és espectacular però estaria bé que tingués una piscina o una bassa adaptada a l'entorn per ajudar a passar la calor de l'estiu i fer més agradable l'estada

Cons:

Que no hi havia aire acondicionat a l'habitació, només teniem dos ventiladors i amb la calor de juliol a Mallorca, hi hauria d'haver aire acondicionat.
Tot i que s'ha de dir que la noia ens va solucionar rapid el problema posant-nos un pingüi, que ens va anar de fabula.

Eigentlich super nur bei fast 40 Grad keine Klima Geräte schlimm.
Aber trotzdem hat was muß man mögen.
Ist auf jeden Fall interessant.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Muy regular, caluroso, sin wifi, no lo recomiendo.
Pros:

La finca y la casa antigua, son varios apartamentos bien arreglados, el nuestro espacioso y con decoración actualizada. Puse una queja por ruido y por un ventilador roto y fueron amables en intentar solucionarlo.

Cons:

Mala experiencia: caluroso, ruidoso y mal ubicado. Sin aire acondicionado, la casa retiene el calor y es un horno insoportable en el verano de Mallorca (los ventiladores de techo no bastan). Tuvimos vecinos de fiesta hasta las 3:00 am y, al no haber personal en la finca, nadie controla el orden por las noches, los coches llegan a culquier hora y aparcan en zonas que molestan a las habitaciones. Además, está lejos de todo, a mínimo 30 minutos de la costa. El wifi en las habitaciones no funciona, no hay cobertura móvil.
