van zodra een woordje Spaans was men nog hulpzamer

Great stay - amazing location, friendly helpful staff and great to have a look to cool down.
Pros:

Staff were great - really friendly- also let us check in 3 hours earlier as the room was ready.
Great having the pool on the roof- not massive but big enough to just chill in and cool down in the heat.
Amazing location into the city too.

Our second stay and we'll be back.
Pros:

Love the modern feel of the hotel, location is perfect and the balcony pool is lovely. Our second stay here and we will be back!

Cons:

Timing of cleaning the room could be improved. First day we didn't receive any and another day it was done whilst we were on the balcony. Also we had no cold water on the last morning, which meant the toilet couldn't be flushed!
