Pros:

El personal desde el minuto uno muy amable en todo momento. Las instalaciones impecables desde que entras por la puerta hasta la habitación . Si alguna vez volvemos , sin duda haremos parada en el hotel 🙂

Buena opción para una emergencia
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal que me ayudó en todo lo necesario permitiéndome incluso poner la bici en la habitación.

Cons:

68 euros la noche en temporada baja y no siendo un hotel de lujo me parece excesivo incluso teniendo en cuenta los precios de la zona.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, hotel prácticamente nuevo ( bastante mejor que muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas en los que he estado )

Cons:

Servicio de cafetería, no hay sistema de aire acondicionado en la habitación

It was great and we hope to stay there again.
Pros:

Everything; it was more modern than we expected and the staff were wonderful. They helped us with bus schedules and Mass times and many more things and were always very friendly. The location was perfect for us.

Nice one-day side trip.
Pros:

The St Ignatius Basilica is 10-15 walk. The scenery is spectacular.

Cons:

Do not look for Loyola (Loiola) because it is a district of Azpetia, the town you are actually visiting.
