Good location, dated but perhaps the price reflects that.
Pros:

The location -quiet and close to the lake and yet very close to town as well.

Cons:

Very dated and clearly old...the wardrobe doors slide closed when open. No tea making facilities or kettle. Our bed was massive, but the left side had a big well where people had slept. We didn't try the pool, but thought it odd you had to pre-book an hour 'slot'

Nous avons tout apprécié, l'amabilité et la disponibilité des personnes à l'accueil.
La propreté dans tous l'hôtel.

La zona de jardín, la zona de piscina, sauna spa y el parking incluido en el precio, el personal muy correcto, y limpieza. La ubicación es perfecta

Cons:

Hotel muy antiguo necesita una reforma urgente, no nos dieron opción de cambiar de habitación, la habitación muy antigua con muebles gastados, sin ningún encanto, los pasillos con moqueta vieja y conductos y canalizaciones vistas, le salva la zona de aguas, sin ella no lo consideraría un hotel de 4 estrellas

Tout simplement parfait !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien situé à 3mn du centre ville et à côté du lac de Puigcerdà. Personnel discret et courtois, toujours souriant et aux petits soins.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le buffet petit déjeuner continental est copieux avec des spécialités Catalanes.
Nous sommes ravis et nous avons prolongé notre séjour tellement nous avons apprécié ce magnifique établissement.
