Emplacement

Cons:

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été assez décevante. Les lits sont trop petits et peu confortables, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins agréable. De plus, le personnel ne m’a pas semblé suffisamment professionnel.

Concernant le paiement, on m’a demandé de régler le montant directement sur place, conformément à ce qui était indiqué dans ma réservation. Cependant, Booking.com a également prélevé le montant de la réservation. Malgré plusieurs demandes, notamment par e-mail auprès de l’hôtel pour obtenir une facture et clarifier cette situation, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, ni de la part de l’hôtel ni de Booking.com.

Cette situation est particulièrement regrettable et manque de sérieux. J’espère que ces problèmes seront rapidement pris en compte
