Geschmackvolles Hotel mit Atmosphäre
Pros:

Rundum ein tolles Haus! Mitten in der Altstadt, mit Parkmöglickeit auf einem freien, öffentlichen Parkplatz unweit vom Hotel. Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr groß und mit Licht durch ein Dachfenster. Super sauber, schöne Seife. Das Frühsrück war sehr abwechslungsreich, alles war genügend da! Absolute Empfehlung!

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno centro histórico de Alcúdia y cerca de la parada de autobuses, lo que resulta muy cómodo para moverse por la zona.

La habitación era bastante grande y agradable. Además, mantiene bien el aire fresco, algo que se agradece mucho en los días de calor.

El personal es muy amable y atento. En general, mi estancia fue buena y quedo satisfecho con el hotel y con la ubicación.

Cons:

Como puntos negativos, la habitación no tiene demasiada luz natural y puede resultar un poco ruidosa debido a los restaurantes que están justo debajo. Por suerte, los restaurantes cierran alrededor de medianoche, por lo que después se puede descansar tranquilamente.

La ubicación está bien es un pueblo de encanto

Cons:

La atención del lugar medio pueblo se quedó sin luz casi 12 hs madrugada hasta las 14 hs no hubo plan de contingencia. No dejan a nadie en el hotel te dan la llave y un teléfono. A la mañana nos sirvieron desayuno caliente y al plantear la situación no daban respuesta y nos mantuvieron con incertidumbre. Nadie se apersono nos hablaban por celular me faltaron el respeto en vez de darnos seguridad en un país extranjero y amenazaron con echarnos a la calle si no nos gustaba su respuesta en vez de ayudarnos o contenernos. Luego de hablar quizo darnos el dinero pero ya en temporada alta no teníamos donde ir. Luego nos mando a un lugar a desayunar que tampoco tenía electricidad todo caliente. Yo por el mal trato me fui a otro pueblo donde encontré una atención maravillosa. Mi compañera de viaje se tuvo que quedar no podía pagar otra cosa y se había ido de tout para no perder el dia. Se entiende que puede haber un problema lo malo fue la falta de contingencia y comentarios senofogos por ser Argentina. Además el baño no tenía techo solo una puerta de cristal y una pared de dutlok poco íntimo.
En resumen nos querian dejar sin agua sin aire en Agosto sin desayuno y en respuesta al día siguiente me quiso confirmar con una cena. Lamentable que no se apersono nadie a dar la cara. Estás emergencias se solucionan o hablan en persona para contener al cliente no hacerlo llorar y amenazar. No lo recomiendo.

Posizione eccezionale nell'area pedonale del centro storico. Elegante e curato l'arredamento

Cons:

L'hotel (in realtà un ristorante dotato di 4 camere al primo e secondo piano) dovrebbe dotarsi di un paio di posti auto riservati in quanto i parcheggi fuori le mura sono quasi tutti dedicati ai residenti.
