Relaxing and good location

The location was very good, it was super clean but the highlight was definitely Angela’s attention and sweetness

Great little place in Ciutadella
Pros:

This delightful place was perfect for us. It was well placed for seeing the city. It was clean and tidy and the bed was super-comfortable. If we return to Ciutadella we will cone back to hotel Smoix.

Cons:

There was nothing we didnt like.

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy céntrico, es cómodo ir a pie por todo y los amenities están genial.

Cons:

El día del check out no puedes dejar las maletas en el hotel. Al tener también restaurante, podrían habilitar alguna sala o armario para ofrecer si el barco/avión sale más tarde, ya que de lo contrario desde las 11 de la mañana debes pasear tu equipaje.

Genial para darse un respiro!
Pros:

Está muy buen ubicado y decorado con mucho gusto. Muchas facilidades para acceder. ¡El colchón era realmente muy cómodo!

Cons:

En la última planta el agua caliente tardaba un rato en llegar.. y la alcachofa tenía los agujeros tapados de cal y salía por todas partes..
como mejora, se agradecería una botella de agua en la nevera de la habitación!
