Sehr guter Service
En general nos gustó todo. Primero, mencionar a todo el personal, todos: desde recepción, limpieza, buffet, cafetería, animación, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. De la habitación en su conjunto nos gustó todo, mobiliario, cama, baño, todo muy limpio y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Las instalaciones del hotel genial, la piscina, la cercanía a la pequeña cala, el bar, la animación... Estuvimos en pensión completa y todo fenomenal, desde el desayuno, bastante completo, hasta las comidas y cenas, en las que siempre había variaciones, e incluso alguna noche temática. Y el parking muy bien también. En cuanto podamos repetimos.

El trato del personal y las actividades
Die Unterkunft selbst ist gut, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Bar und Reinigungskräfte. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön über den Klippen der Cala de Rocha die man über eine Treppe erreichen kann.
Das Hotel nennt sich pet friendly man muss aber klar sagen, dass man mit Hund eher 2. Klasse ist. Die Hunde haben ihre Bereiche.
Das Frühstück fanden wir für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse schlecht im Veegleich zu den Hipotels in Conol, zu wenig Auswahl, der Kaffee schmeckt nicht, in der Station für Eier werden keine Kundenwünsche erfüllt. Wir waren 5 Personen und bevor nicht alle Personen anwesend waren durften wir keine Tische zusammenstellen (angeblich sind das die Hotelregeln, diese sind aber nicht dokumentier). Marmelade und Honig kommmtaus Spendern direkt und unkontrolliert auf den Teller. Auf Anfrage ob ich ein Schälchen haben könnte wurde ich angestarrt. Als käme ich aus einer anderen Welt. Für uns ist das Frühstück sehr wichtig und das hat uns die Lust auf das Hotel genommen.
