Het is een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor een 3 sterren hotel. Zelfs badjassen en badslippers waren beschikbaar. En niet te vergeten een zeer uitgebreid buffet.
We were very surprised by the overall quality of the hotel. That said, it has a pool, which is already quite unique in Morzine (as there's a huge open-space pool too). Hotel surroundings, garden, the lobby, bar, and more – were very good looking! As we spent most time on our MTB instead of in the room, we selected "small room" so we cannot comply about it. We had a dog with us and every one was super-friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend more!
A slightly more comfortable pillow would be amazing!
The staff were lovely and it was very chilled…just what we needed. The new pool was perfect after a day hiking in the sun. Breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble.
A fridge in the room would be helpful but not essential.

Fantastic location in Morzine, easy to access all the lifts as well as the centre of Morzine itself. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice, all fresh and delicious. Staff were really helpful and very friendly and having the pool was the icing on the cake.
There wasn’t much to dislike at all, with the very high temps rooms were a bit hot at night, a fan would have been useful.

La chambre un peu vieillotte. 2 lampes sur 4 ne fonctionnaient pas. Les interrupteurs très éloignés des lits, impossibles à atteindre sans se lever. La lunette des toilettes mal fixée.
Les volets en bois non entretenus.
Il a fallu attendre 20 minutes pour retrouver du jambon et du fromage au buffet du petit déjeuner car les plats sont restés désespérément vides….
Correspond plutôt à un 2 étoiles plutôt qu’un 3 étoiles.

Hotel un po' datato per quanto riguarda le camere e diversi dettagli troppo cheap per un albergo a 3 Stelle
Un grand 5 étoiles pour cet établissement. Le décor et la chambre sont tout à fait au attendu. Cocooning à souhait avec pleins de détails qui font la différence. Le personnel est incroyablement agréable, gentil et serviable. Toujours le sourire et un mot gentil.
La proximité avec le centre ville est très appréciable ainsi que le stationnement sur place. La piscine chauffée est un réel plus. Le petit déjeuner simple, bon et efficace. Nous y reviendrons plus que volontier.

Communication between hotel was good as we arrived late from Geneva so needed a code for the Front door
