Comfortably superb
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to all that Morzine has to offer. Excellent staff, always helpful, great food, fantastic views and a super outdoor pool.

Cons:

It is very traditional, and slightly quirky which is a good thing, but the bathrooms could do with a little upgrade.

Pros:

Stayed in a Privilege room (310) - decor has been updated and is now more modern than hotel photos. Big room with an excellent view over the valley. All staff were very friendly and professional. The outdoor pool area is lovely, a real suntrap with very comfortable sun loungers. Fantastic for some early evening sun after a day's hiking. Hotel location is great, just a short walk across the bridge away from the busy area of town.

Cons:

No kettle with tea/coffee in the bedroom, indoor pool and spa pool a bit dated (and water on the cool side), but spotlessly clean.
