Junior suite très confortable dans le bâtiment ancien, très calme et petit-déjeuner excellent !

Cons:

Il serait appréciable d'avoir un minimum d'explications quant au fonctionnement du boitier qui commande les éclairages de toute la suite.
Sinon c'était parfait.

Stay in the new part of the hotel and reserve sunbeds.

Cons:

The room in the old part requires updating. The multilight accessory switch was a nightmare to work. Not all buttons worked, some covered in tape. Aircon in the dressing room couldn’t be turned off making it difficult to sleep at night. Shower takes a very long time before the hot water arrives. We have been twice before. Now you have to reserve and pay for a sunbed by the pool. We were not informed . All beds were reserved. We were given two beds at the rear and noted none of the beds in front were used

Entorn, instalacions i personal excelent. Sofà llit no recomanable per dormir els nens.

Les piscines són espectaculars. Tots els edificis i l’entorn meravellosos. Molt ben decorats. SPA Excelent.

Cons:

Som una família amb 2 fills adolescents (15-17 anys) i booking va oferir una habitació Junior per tots quatre on els fills van haver de dormir en un sofà llit molt incòmode i petit. Per nois d’aquestes edats no es poden oferir aquest tipus d’habitacions.

Luxury in a beautiful setting
Pros:

Gorgeous property - situated on the outskirts of Montpellier but you feel a million miles away from a city. Beautiful grounds and the hotel is very impressive in terms of decor, comfort and amenities. The staff were very accommodating and the food was superb in both restaurants.
