The maisonette were we stayed as a family of 4 was amazing, comfortable, very clean and quiet. The location was perfect to be able to enjoy the city of Montpellier and then relax in the spectacular pool of the hotel.
Die Ausstattung im Petit Maison ist schon seit Jahren diesselbe, praktisch nichts ist vorhanden um zu kochen, das müsste geändert werden, denn schliesslich ist das Haus dafür ausgerichtet.

A part le Wifi assez faible, le reste était magique avec un super personnel toujours avec le sourire...nous avions la suite 31 avec le jacouzzi sur le rooftop et c'était magique...Un grand merci à l'équipe pour ce beau moment !

Outstanding rooms. Marcelle was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was great. Overall the staff was nice. The swimming pool (not la plage) was super quiet and Nice.
La plage is overpriced for the food and service you get. Especially comparing with Marcelle.
Bei unserer Ankunft (19.30 Uhr) war die Toilette mit Kot verschmutzt ! Der Teppichboden war geflickt !! Unter einem 5 Sterne Haus verstehen wir etwas anderes ! Der Preis ist überspitzt !!!
The place is stunning and the food is amazing. The wine delicious. However the rooms are very varied. We stayed in a gorgeous room the first night exceptional. The same room was not available the next night and was only offered the presidential suite! Got a room in booking.com and they were obviously cross and moved us to the worse room in the hotel. Needs a good clean, mouldy, smelt, battered walls, furniture and blocked shower drain.
The staff upsale a lot and when you don’t buy they shun you and lose interest. We got moved out of a room but no one moved in they lied. To a terrible room that was desperately in need of refurbishment. No alternative offered. Mosquito spray required and the pool towels are threadbare for a 5 star property it has places of exceptional standard and really 3 star. Not consistent

La clim de la chambre poussive 26 degré la première nuit avec réglage au minimum

The facilities are outstanding especially the gym an spa. It’s my 3rd visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
