It is beyond me how this place got "fabulous" rating

Cons:

- too expensive for what you get - rooms are very basic
- no airconditioner/ventilator in the room and just 1 small window - you can d!e from the heat! Not to mention the winter duvet... i had to buy a small ventilator from the near shopping centre
- no noise proof whatsoever & there was a bar downstairs - imagine the noise at midnight - 1 o'clock in the morning when guests go back to their rooms
- rude hosts who are not bothered about the hotel guests & really invested in serving alcohol to their local friends
- they don't provide a receipt when you pay cash !! And since b00king didn't help either, the only solution was to max out on my credit card so there would be a proof I have paid for my stay
