Pros:

Agréable séjour, on se sent vraiment bien accueillis, l'établissement est très propre , le personnel est vraiment sympathique et attentionné.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le jus d'orange est délicieux et le pain cuit sur place est très bon, sans oublier les croissants et pain au chocolat.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Calor en Lourdes
Pros:

Está un poco retirado del santuario. Me hizo caminar y hacer ejercicio

No tiene aire acondicionado. Se necesita en estos tiempos el calor es insoportable

Nous avons appeler la réception à plusieurs
reprise numéro coupais à chaque fois.
Salle depuis bain sans poignet intérieur
Lit inconfortable on touche le sommier une fois assis
Les deux ventilateurs son extrêmement sale.
Les chaises sont cassés nos cuisses sont souviendront.
Voisin bruyant trop bruyant malgré une consigne à 22h de ne pas faire de bruit ou peux pour ne pas déranger.
Prévoyez de marcher car parking pas à côté.

Tout d'abord l'hodpitalité dès mon arrivée la grande gentillesse du persinnel attentionné et toujours disponible L'emplacement de la chambre, la vue, la luminosité, le seche-cheveux le top et le grand confort de la literie.
Chambre donnant sur la rue mais vraiment pas tant passante le soir.. ne pas oublié leboetit déjeuner copieux pour son prix
Pour tout cela je reviedrai

Le fait de pouvoir être à 4 dans la chambre.

Cons:

Les équipements vetuste.
Les matelas de 10 centimètres.
L'isolation inexistante avec une famille qu'on entendait courir au dessus jusqu'à 23h.
Le simple vitrage.

Pros:

Nel complesso, considerando anche il prezzo pagato, il soggiorno è stato positivo. L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal Santuario. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile: avevo richiesto due asciugamani invece di uno e ci hanno accontentato subito e senza problemi.
La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza: nelle vicinanze si trovano bar, pasticcerie, diversi ristoranti e un supermercato ben fornito. Molto utile anche la stanza in condivisione messa a disposizione degli ospiti, dove è possibile mangiare e utilizzare microonde, frigorifero, piatti e altri accessori.
La vista dalla camera, molto carina, con la Chiesa del Sacro Cuore ben visibile.
Considerando il prezzo, ritengo comunque che sia una soluzione adeguata per chi cerca soprattutto una posizione comoda, servizi essenziali e personale disponibile. Non è una struttura moderna, ma nel complesso offre un soggiorno soddisfacente.

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ datata e le camere sono leggermente piccole. Personalmente, non ho apprezzato la presenza della moquette. Anche l’ascensore presenta qualche piccolo difetto.

Posizione centrale ma non in zona affollata, silenzioso e a 10 minuti a piedi dall'area del santuario. Alloggio molto semplice ma pulito, personale molto disponibile e accogliente.
