Not value for money
Pros:

Location. Close to station

Cons:

No room service AT ALL. They don't even change towels neither they provide with any shampoo or body wash after the first time they provides while u check in.

Avoid dishonest and careless .
Pros:

The location in Windermere is perfect .

Cons:

Liam the person that deals with everything is the coldest rudest man I've encountered in the hotel industry. It is not a wheelchair accessible property.I wouldn't call it a hotel .It is a hallway underground with a few rooms .Decor is filthy and laundry fills a fire exit staircase . A bed that is the cheap most uncomfortable. A dark depressing room .The local health club is 30 minutes away up alot of hills and not always open. Not suitable for a wheelchair user . We had to leave as we couldn't get i with a wheelchair and the owner refused to refund.

Hostel quality room
Pros:

The property was convenient to Windermere centre and bars.

Cons:

The room was of a hostel standard, not what I expected for the price.
The entrance hall and room had a strong stale odour.
My room was below ground level with 2 small windows overlooking the parked cars outside.

Pros:

Very central, available last minute. Had basic amenities in the room and you get what you pay for. We did use the spa/pool facilities at the off site health club (5-10 minutes drive) which was absolutely lovely. Overall I'd stay again, very affordable for the area

It is very good location but nothing that good compared to what we paid for 3 nights.
Pros:

It’s near to the station

Cons:

It’s very expensive compared to what we had . We thought there is swimming pool and sauna but nothing was there. No information about pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

Not clean at all apart from the bedding. Smelly rooms. Free gym and other activities are not close to the hotel and limited time and access.

Airbnb without any support. Not for everyone
Pros:

Very clean and good size room

Cons:

This is a Airbnb without anyone to contact. We stayed 3 days and the room was not cleaned, towels not changed. There is no blind on the window and a constant green light during the night… will jot book again

Not really good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location

Cons:

There were rubbish bins placed next to the car park. Our room is on the ground floor and once room window was opened, there were flies coming in. So, could not really open the windows and no fresh air.
