Did the job, due to it's central location, but there's a reason it was one of the cheaper options...
Pros:

Location is great, Lime bikes parked outside, so easy to get around.

Positive in the room was the shower - no efforts on water conservation there, a proper waterfall shower!

Cons:

The hotel is generally a bit tired and worn and looks like it's been cobbled together from a mid-90's car boot sale.

We had a ground floor corner room, which had the illusion of being huge, but the space was really badly laid out, so it felt like a conference room converted to a bedroom.

As for the bed, the mattress topper was one of those cheap, waterproof ones that slides around and is extremely uncomfortable. Did not make for a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel with great location

Cons:

The property lacked working charging points which was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, I was unable to charge what I needed to and had to leave my phone with reception to charge which effectively made me late for work.

Indulgent, but expensive, suite
Pros:

A large, beautiful and comfortable suite. Amazing view. A wonderful bed, large enough to land jumbo jets on. Room climate controlled

Cons:

Helicopter landing pad next door (noisy). A bit far from general grocery type stores.

The lovely Rafael hotel and spa well worth a stay great London location
Pros:

Lovely stay for Wimbledon tennis at the Rafael. From start to finish it was great. Large rooms clean and comfortable. Great spa and plunge pool. Food in the restaurant was good quality reasonably priced. Polite helpful staff. We parked underground and were charged 20 a night reasonable for London standards. Breakfast was very good lots of choice.
