The room was very big and we chose with a river view, which was an excellent choice.
The decoration of the hotel is a bit weird, different styles, it lacks of consistence.
Clean, close and to the river if you want a walk, decent food
Parking is £30/24 hrs which is pretty steep and also not mentioned in the description
Junior suite has a very large living area, giant bed and also large bathroom with equally large bath tub. Very good and comfortable bed, sleep quality is great. Excellent aircon. The bar prices are reasonable. The decor is unique and probably not to everyone's taste, I didn't mind it.
TV cables were hanging all over the place looking messy. Nobody at the reception or bar smiled. Long black hairs found around our room. The location is poor, I knew that when booking though, but it is worth being aware that there is literally nothing around the area. I would expect warmer welcome from staff considering how highly they rate themselves. They also make you sign a piece of paper listing the costs for damages etc., not once have I seen anything like that in hotels. There will also be numerous additional signs scattered around, telling you all things you may get fined for. Although the bed was excellent, it is worth being aware that the traffic noise from streets is very audible to the room.
