Det var godt indeklima i rummet efter vi fik et nyt værelse

Cons:

Personalet virkede ikke særligt servicemindet. De kiggede ikke op, da man kom ind, men var optaget af deres telefoner.

I loved the hotel and its location and would definately stay again.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the spa and gym were brilliant.

Cons:

The food was terrible. I think the food was frozen. I had fish and chips which were not very nice and didn’t taste very fresh. The bar staff were also a bit miserable.

Pros:

A magnificent hotel on the banks of the Thames! Not far from Battersea. We loved everything! The room was large and spacious, located on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean and comfortable, with a great, cozy bed! The pillows and bed linen were comfortable, too! Breakfast was top-notch—a huge selection, everything fresh, and a beautiful view. A huge thanks the person who welcomed us in the restaurant! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional.

Vey comfortable hotel with amiable staff, located by the River Thames and a bus stop at the hotel.
Pros:

The room was spacious and i enjoyed every moment of my stay. The hotel is located conveniently near food centers, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which made my commute much easier, and the Thames river view was the highlight of my trip. The staff were very nice and flexible.

I liked everything about the hotel.
