Everything great! Especially the location!
Nothing
Beautiful hotel in gorgeous location. Nice grounds & walks along the river
Staff can't seem to cope when busy in restaurant or maybe problem is in kitchen. Waited too long in-between courses
Location, Location, Location !!!
Good choice at breakfast
Room was lacking modern amenities like USB charging points, refrigerator, poor lighting.
Our shower had a very poor hot water pressure, resulting in a Lukewarm pathetic stream.
There was no hot showers in the spa / pool due to a boiler problem.
Good food and excellent service in a beautiful setting.
Room was a bit hot.
The food was lovely but overpriced.
Small rooms , felt commercial
Rather than cosy as it wAs a long time ago
The room was nice, food amazing
There was a bit of dust in my room and the gym was small but not bad
The location was absolutely incredible. Dunkeld must be one of the most beautiful spots in Scotland. The reception and bar staff are fabulous, the restaurant for dinner was great.
The bedroom was very dirty, the tiles were filthy, there was mould floating in the bath, the hallway carpets needed a hoover and a shampoo, the pool was really cold and dated and the cleanliness in the leisure centre was terrible. I had to ask for my bedroom carpets to get vacuumed whilst I was at dinner. I have been coming here for a very long time and it’s very sad to see such a beautiful house feel neglected.
Le style global de l'hôtel depuis la réception jusqu'aux chambres, la situation dans un parc magnifique avec des cerfs, et la nourriture qui était excellente (repas et petit déjeuner)
Tout était bien, seule la météo n'était pas au rendez-vous
Quality of all meals was excellent
Loved the grounds and riverside walks to Dunkeld
All staff very friendly and helpful
No time for breakfast, I had to leave at 6:45. Location was delightful. A classic hotel with warmth and charm. I will be back!
I ordered dinner to the room, I asked at reception and was shown a menu, I then had to go to the room and phone reception and spoke to the same person at reception, so why didn’t reception take the order at reception.
Gorgeous grounds, comfy beds, wonderful breakfast
could have used a bike or buggy or somthing to walk in and out of town as very far
Amazing view lovely staff
Car parking was tight
Love Dunkeld, such a lovely setting.
The hotel felt more run down than it should for how much we paid. The bed was squeaky and we felt the room was very noisy.
Wonderful location, staff Very attentive and polite
