Disappointing
Pros:

The room, comfort and cleanliness.

Cons:

Service was really disappointing it- the price you paid to stay there doesn't match the terrible service you get.

So many things went bad- we wen't for dinner and what a terrible experience- the server wasn't nice at all, we ordered got our appetizers and we waited for an hour and our main course never arrived. The server barely talked to us after that.

One of the best nights I’ve had in a hotel
Pros:

Room was stunning. My daughter and I had the best mother and daughter time. Staff were incredible and treated us so amazing. Pina coladas were the best. Stunning views. Spa was also amazing with the best staff. Everyone was happy and charming throughout the hotel. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you

The staff would never let us have evening dinner at the time we requested even when it would have clearly been reasonable. It was sheer awkwardness
