Children aged 3 and under stay and dine for free, children aged 4 up to 15 years old, a charge of GBP 35 per child per night applies to include breakfast. The only dog friendly rooms are in the General Wade Building and Fisherman's Cottage; dogs are not allowed inside the main hotel. Half-board rates include an allowance of up to GBP 50 per adult, per night, which can spent on dishes chosen from dinner menu. Drinks (including hot drinks) will be charged separately. We strongly recommend pre-booking all dining (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner), pool, gym and spa reservations as soon as possible after your room reservation has been confirmed. Timings may be limited and unfortunately we are unable to guarantee your preferred times and treatment choices if you do not book in advance.
Please note that all bookings over 5 rooms or more will be charged in full on the day of booking and the payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Beautiful setting. A stroll along the river takes you into Dunkeld. Really good breakfast choices.
Truly magical setting. Fantastic staff, especially Allison on the front desk check in - lovely girl that went above & beyond. Also the bar tender who made us outstanding old fashioned’s. We had the beef wellington & sides; again outstanding & worth the money. Truly scruptous!

Not told about room having disabled en suite…… which looked tired and in need of refurbishment to be in keeping with rest of room decor. It was entirely functional , just a bit disappointing!

The staff were all friendly and informative and showed great customer care. We had our room upgraded, and it was well appointed.i would definitely come again and bring the dog .

Pool was too cold a temperature for young kids. We had our baby with us with the intention using the pool and whilst we still did, the water temperature is too low.
Good variety on menu Ground surroundings were lovely.
Slow delivery of food after order. Ordered soup of the day which we were told is was Butternut squash - they delivered Mushroon Soup. Sent it back and did not have anything off the menu. (disappointing wait for the wrong food)
Dinner followed the same Service and delivery - Steak Pie looked great with not much pie inside and Luke warm meals for my wife and myself. Poor
Beautiful hotel on an amazing property right near the river.
The only complaint was our room, as we requested, was on the top floor and there was only one window with no cross ventilation. Unfortunately, there were no fans available so it was uncomfortably warm.
