Smallest hotel room We have come across in 45 years of travel
Pros:

our 6 square meter room Room was well appointed and very clean

Cons:

The fact that the bedroom was 6 square meters (excluding the 1.5 Sq meter Bathroom is smaller than our dogs kennel...its quite shameful that hotels in London are allowed to offer such tiny rooms

Good location for a single traveler
Pros:

It's in a good location, close to leicester square and chinatown. For a two-nights stay, I had a good rest, especially when I'm coming back from a hot day outside.

Cons:

It's really unfortunate that the hotel is surrounded with construction works at the moment. As such, there's smell of urine around the alley where the hotel is located. Nothing the staff can do, of course. Other than that, nothing much to criticize.

Clean, central location with everything you need for a one-night stay.

Cons:

Our room was in the basement floor. We had a room without a window which is fine but the room did smell musky like there wasn’t great ventilation from the shower

Staff very helpful and good for a short stay
Pros:

Location, you can get 24 hour attention. Good selection for breakfast. Was within walking distance of the theatre.

Cons:

I ask on leaving if all of the rooms were the same. We are n our 70's and I had to get over him to get out of bed.
Alright if you can do it (I cannot) he had to get out and pull me out. Not your fault we had all the thunder booming.
Great for energetic people not oldies.

Perfekt beliggenhed og super service af personalet.
Pros:

Beliggenheden er helt perfekt - centralt til alt i gåafstand. Og en hurtig Black cap - hvis som jeg benyttede, da min fysik er begrænset.
Venligt og hjælpsomt personale og en bar/café som er åben 24-7med god mad og drikke.
Værelset var et dobbelt værelse og perfekt til mig- men til 2 personer ville jeg vælge et af jeres større værelser.
