The rooms are ridiculously small so sharing with someone eg friend or family can be a challenge especially when trying to get ready.
The room size and the fact that in order to walk past my sister, we had to hug and rotate!

Great location for key attractions and the theatre

A környék a legjobb volt közel a színházhoz amiért mentünk. Sajnos a szoba árában nem volt benne a reggeli, ami máshol alap így nem tudok erről nyilatkozni.
Ami miatt nem teljesen jó értékelést adtam az a kinyithatatlan ablak. Csak a légkondiból lehetett levegőt nyerni, ami nem megnyugtató. Sajnos ez fontos számomra így csak e miatt nem választanám újra ezt a szállást.

Esperienza positiva. Posizione insuperabile, personale gentilissimo, letto comodo, asciugamani morbidi, camera molto piccola ma ben organizzata. Possibilità di ricaricare le borracce, tè e caffè con bollitori a disposizione. Rapporto qualità prezzo competitivo.
Finestra non apribile, che dava su un cortile con scale antincendio.

The location and the ease of check-in, along with the staff members, were very good. All the attractions were within the walking distance.
The air conditioning in my room was not working at all. I was suffocating and kept hoping that the air conditioning would come on, but it never worked. In the middle of the night, I had to report the issue to the staff and ask them to fix it. They said they had turned it on from their system and asked me to report back after 10 minutes if it still didn’t work. After 10–20 minutes, nothing happened. I was desperate to open the door to get some fresh air, but unfortunately, the windows could not be opened.
I reported the issue again, but this time I was told that they could not do anything at that moment and that it would be fixed the next day. They provided me with a tabletop fan, but it was not cleaned, which made the situation worse. Although it helped me get some sleep, it was occasionally blowing fine dust (very allergic) on my face because the fan had not been cleaned. Please see the attached picture for reference. As a result, I decided to leave one day earlier than I had originally booked and informed the staff. They kindly offered me a refund for the night I did not stay.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was not pleasant due to the air conditioning issue.
UPDATE: Following my original review, the hotel investigated my complaint regarding the faulty air conditioning and offered a refund equivalent to 50% of the remaining cost of my stay, which I appreciate. I would like to acknowledge that the hotel ultimately handled my complaint professionally and provided fair compensation after reviewing the situation.

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, estuvimos en las habitaciones sin ventanas, son pequeñas pero por 3 noches y solo para dormir esta muy bien. Tienen un bar en la recepción con platos ricos y en precio.
Nada para criticar, todo OK, solo una apreciación la limpieza del cuarto es cada 2 días esto podría ser mejorable.
