Great stay but let down by incorrect door code. Stuck outside after hours.

Great location, close to a wedding venue.

Cons:

Was locked out the hotel at night after given the wrong door code. All locked up and in darkness. Managed to get hold of management eventually on the phone and given correct code. Friends also at wedding staying ina different room also given incorrect code! Pretty poor this could happen, but sorted in the end.

We were out and about every day so it met the brief to provide a comfortable bed. The town has good facilities and a go

The staff were exceptionally friendly and cared about what they were doing.

Cons:

It’s a tired venue. The conservatory roof needs the dead plants/ limbs clearing. in A room mini fridge would have been great in the heat.
