We had a wonderful stay. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfort
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location and a public carpark is 2 minutes walk away. Our room was basic with no view but was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing. We loved this hotel.

Great value for money location great to great entertainment bingo was a bit strange halfway through the singing and bar was shut for a while whilst bingo was going on

Our stay was ok and to a basic acceptable level
Pros:

Breakfast was good Patrick our waiter was excellent. Cleanliness was ok . Facilities and reception etc could be a lot better. Manager was excellent could not do enough communicated well and helped a lot especially as I am disabled and have an electric wheelchair.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Hafen in Torque und in das Stadtzentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem. Das Bad sauber. Alles in einem total in Ordnung.

It’s a beautiful destination but a very bad experience.
Pros:

We were very disappointed the bathroom was like a little passage.
We asked the manager even if we pay can we change to a room with Seaview, is reply was the place is full. I went onto Booking.com and booked the room with a sea view.
We ate out most of the time although we were half bored the food was not good at all. The staff was very friendly.
The room we stayed in the telephone didn’t work most of the time the Internet didn’t work and when we open the window we looked into a rusty staircase with the kitchen staff keeping us awake the whole night.
At all cost avoid Alpha to us and the hotel
I’ll drive Susie was amazing that is the only positive that I can say about Alpha tours
