Quiet neighboorhood. Good breakfast. Friendly host

Highly personalised, boutique service and atmosphere whilst retaining a relaxed and dog friendly environment. Nicest welcome with glass of bubbly, small touches of class such as the amazing Gordon Castle shower products, Tea Pigs, morning orange juice and pan au chocolates at the door, dog treats. Sea view a bonus and impeccably clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was a highlight and a good selection to chose from. Coffee was really tasty and granola a highlight.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location - on the sea front and a short (15 min) walk into town. Very comfortable room, superb breakfast and really welcoming and helpful staff

Outstanding hospitality in a delightful and comfortable bed and breakfast. One of our best stays in Scotland.

This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in and is definitely the most dog friendly. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff give you individual attention and our dog was treated like a princess. The hotel is maintained very well and is very clean. The atmosphere is chilled and laid back. Our room was comfortable with amazing views. We loved watching the ferries coming and going. The breakfast menu gave lots of choice and everything was freshly prepared. Our dog was hand fed a sausage for breakfast which she loved. She also loved stopping by reception to get treats. The hotel backs on to a woodland walk and there is access to this through a back entrance.

Fantastic location and welcome. Hotel was so well appointed and beautifully decorated. Fizz on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast was the best!! Never had smoked salmon and scrambled egg as good!!

Best hotel out of the 9 we stayed at on our trip. Amazing staff, great room, suburb view. Thank you so much to the Team for making our trip special. Would easily take another vacation to Scotland just to stay here!!!

This hotel is a real gem of a place. 15 minute easy walk from the train station. The staff are exceptional, welcome and check in was excellent, room very comfortable, cosy and has everything you need. I had the best nights sleep each night and breakfast is restaurant standard and cooked to order, staff are very attentive and their hospitality is second to none. You will not regret choosing this hotel.

Very cozy, 15mn walk to town and ferry. We had the room with sea view which was amazing.

Very peaceful setting. Beautiful, very comfortable,lounge. Our room was small but perfect. Rustic and charming.The views from our window were stunning, even in the rain! Bed was very comfortable. Loved our wake up fresh juice and pastries. Breakfast was beautifully presented and cooked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have loved No26 to have offered dinner as we are sure it would have been memorable.

Fabulous 2 night stay at this beautiful boutique bed and breakfast. Very comfortable bed large walk in shower in a beautifully decorated bedroom. Nice touch of an early morning croissant and fruit juice left outside your door before heading down to the kitchen for a freshly cooked breakfast! Service 10/10 and location perfect
