Great boutique rooms in a centrally located hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous room - very tastefully decorated. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Breakfast could have been a little bit better - the selection was not great. But this is a minor thing

Would definitely stay & recommend The Orange Tree
Pros:

Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Good breakfast & Ideal location for us & Twickenham.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t that great in our room. Couldn’t get it below 19’ which we certainly needed at our time of stay.

Didn’t appreciate a phone call to say that we didn’t pay £1.60 for a packet of smarties even though we payed £660 for the accommodation & breakfast & also put a lot of money over the bar the previous day.

Fab stay in the Orange Tree
Pros:

Fab stay in Orange Tree in Richmond last week, went with my 2 sons. The located was perfect for us the staff were so, so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless and housekeeping came each day.
The complementary continental breakfast was such a nice touch. Fresh fruit, pastries and bread tea & coffee. Perfect to set u up b4 heading into London Central for a days exploring. Would go back again.

Excellent and Charming
Pros:

Came here with my daughter looking for a quintessential English pub stay with a bit of Ted Lasso vibe thrown in. It was perfect. Our room was so cute and the bed was so comfortable.

Our plane arrived at 5:30am so we arrived at the hotel at 7am expecting to be able to drop our bags and then walk around like jet-lagged zombies until our room was ready. Instead we were offered a temporary room to shower and freshen up in and a complimentary breakfast. I can’t tell you how much this was appreciated after our 25 hour journey from Australia.

From then on, our experience was faultless. Our room was clean and really cute. The bed was deliciously comfortable and the location was perfect. Richmond is just the cutest little borough and it was so easy to catch a train into London from the hotel.

Highly recommend.

Pros:

Décor très agréable et très artistique, couleurs pastel et jolie dessins. Le lit est très confortable et les draps de qualité, très doux. Personnel très sympathique. Le pub est très beau et propre.

Cons:

Le ménage pas au top. La chambre méritais un ménage à fond. La moquette n’était pas bien nettoyée et des traces sur les mûres et la salle de bain.
