Amazing!
Pros:

There wasn’t much to NOT like. Our room was wonderful, had AC, and was quiet. The quiet aspect was important bc England was playing in World Cup, the downstairs pub, and the streets were full of celebrations until early morning!!

The guys running the pub and hotel offered THE BEST hospitality!!! From the very first meeting to our final departure, they were awesome!!! We even extended our stay a night bc The Orange Tree and Richmond were so fun.

Wonderful pub stay.
Pros:

Well located pub with rooms. Quiet (despite central location), spacious and immaculately clean twin room with large bathroom. Comfy beds, good quality bedding and toiletries. Fantastic air con. Pub nice too with pleasant front terrace. Good breakfast and super friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Minor issue with shower, which staff were sorting.

A wonderful stay in Richmond
Pros:

Room had everything we needed and JJ who welcomed us had made sure the aircon was cool enough on a hot afternoon. Everyone we dealt with were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Although a busy pub, the room was very quiet for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was also very good.

Pros:

Gorgeous room - very tastefully decorated. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Breakfast could have been a little bit better - the selection was not great. But this is a minor thing

Lovely place to stay in Richmond
Pros:

Great location to enjoy Richmond & perfect to travel into London. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our bigger boutique room was spacious with really comfy bed, plenty of treats if we needed them! We will go back again!

A real gem, loved my stay here
Pros:

This place is a gem. Great location, can easily walk the area…to Kew Gardens or the Ted Lasso locations and the river. Very comfortable room with much appreciated a/c during the heatwave. And the staff is the best! So helpful, whether it’s getting a taxi or extra tutoring on the tv 😜
I only had the continental breakfast but it was fresh and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!

World cup burgers
Pros:

My family and I came for dinner on Father's day.We had a burger from the world cup menu.I can't recommend the food enough, it was the best burger I have ever tasted.It was a lovely experience, Alex the manager provided us with an excellent service.We will definitely be coming back.
