Perfect for our two night visit to Richmond.
Pros:

Characterful and well modernised. Good location for transport. A popular pub with friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Location a bit noisy but that’s related to the convenient location.

Pros:

Beautifully designed bedroom. Very convenient for the station. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

We were lucky as we were on the top (third) floor. If we had been on the first floor, there would have been quite a lot of noise from the bar below. So good to bear in mind.
Attention to small maintenance issues could be better. We had a dripping tap and the shower didn’t drain well.

The staff were amazing. So friendly. The room was very comfortable and although it was a busy pub we could not hear a thing upstairs.

Cons:

Room was a little warm during the heatwave despite aircon. Staff found a nice fan to keep us cool.

Cold water
Pros:

Easy access from Richmond train station.
A good vegetarian breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. A curtain was hanging off its hooks making it difficult to close the curtains at night. There was mold around the bathroom window.
Worst of all there was NO hot water for a shower in the morning.
I wouldn't stay there again. I have been promised a refund from booking.com.

Pros:
