Jolie chambre dans Uk hôtel historique plein de charme
Pros:

Décor très agréable et très artistique, couleurs pastel et jolie dessins. Le lit est très confortable et les draps de qualité, très doux. Personnel très sympathique. Le pub est très beau et propre.

Cons:

Le ménage pas au top. La chambre méritais un ménage à fond. La moquette n’était pas bien nettoyée et des traces sur les mûres et la salle de bain.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt vom Bahnhof.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind relativ klein. Im Frühstückspreis ist kein Aufschnitt oder Käse enthalten und Butter gab es auch nicht.

Pros:

Location ideal, close to train and underground and bus, within walking distance from Kew Gardens, got to Heathrow Airport in an hour by public transport. Nice surroundings, close to the Thames.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit cold, but found out how to regulate temperature.

We absolutely will return! Brilliant accommodation!
Pros:

We stayed in Room 12 - a truly special room. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and location is perfect. Couldn’t fault anything, it is a great place to stay! There were lots of people who clearly stay there regularly which proves how good it is. We will return there when next in the London area.

Nothing. It was perfect!

Lovely Richmond pub
Pros:

Comfortable room and clean bathroom. Room had everything we needed and was well laid out. Very pleasant staff who were very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit variable and while nice it would have been good to have slightly more fruit and plain yoghurt.

Loved Richmond, room was very lovely but would not start again due to cost and service at desk
Pros:

The room was very nice

Cons:

The lady at the desk kept us waiting and then took a very long time to check us in, as she was unfamiliar with the system. After about 30+ minutes of her trying to check us in / check the room was ready we asked if we could just leave our bags and come back later as we were only there for the afternoon. I felt that her response to this was unwarranted and a little rude especially considering the cost of the booking.

A perfect stay to explore
Pros:

The location. The building is lovely and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We stayed for a night and the room was very comfortable. The only slight issue was the noise from the air con. We were in room 7. But overall very comfortable and the products in the room were lovely.
The breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend

Great location to tube. Has potential.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice pub. Beer garden out front.

Cons:

Thin walls can hear everything next door are saying. Loud music from below till midnight. Lady on check in didn’t really know how to work the check in system. Hotel tried to charge extra the morning of but when we rang up they honoured orginal price. Toilet sometimes flushes sometimes doesn’t. Theatre getting done up so work starts outside at 7am.
