Not very good
Pros:

Very springy bed, very uncomfortable,
room needs tlc,
Dirty curtains and window sills could do with a good clean
says 99p bar in brochure that wasn’t the case when we asked, food very average and to much salt used in some meals
Staff are lovely and very helpful at all times
Coach tours were very good and driver Kamal was lovely and very helpful

Nice hotel in a good location for the sea front/town
Pros:

Great location to the sea front/pier.
Free parking close to hotel
Spacious rooms

Cons:

The 1st room we were allocated had a broken bed but we were offered an alternative room by reception staff when reported.

Currently any rooms with a bath, the bath is not useable due to plumbing works/upgrades, showers over the bath can still be used though.

Will not return
Pros:

Hotel very clean, but let down by various small things. Our bathroom had no extractor fan that worked and the window wouldn’t open. The shower was an over the bath one, and really difficult to regulate, fluctuating between scalding hot/freezing cold. The shower screen was fixed so you had to lean in to turn shower on. The bedroom was very clean and the beds comfortable. The main window wouldn’t open. The food wasn’t great on the week we were there.
No porter service to help with luggage. Our room was on second floor then along a narrow corridor and down a flight of 10 stairs. Not easy when you are 80. The room was very quiet.
The barman Brandon deserves a special mention, nothing is too much trouble and he is very pleasant. The dining room staff were very nice, but the food wasn’t great.

Bargain but we loved it
Pros:

Could have some tlc but who cares. It's a base and your eyes are shut when you sleep. Staff were excellent...bedroom was perfect for us. Location is perfect and best price.

Cons:

You get what you pay for but we loved it.

Good budget hotel near Seafront and Town
Pros:

Very central and really easy to find. .
Welcoming and friendly. .
Single room had just enough space. .Window that opened wide, and airy. . .
Plenty of sugar and coffee. .
Shower and toilettries and towels good. .
Bed was ok to sleep on, not the best. .
Was fairly quiet at night

Cons:

The pillows didnt have a protector. .
The bed was springy and well used. Bit noisy too. .
The carpet and stairs area didnt look that clean. .
The tv was positioned awkward on wall, so limited view when in bed. .also the sound kept cutting in and out? . . .
Didnt get told wifi code at reception when checking in. . .
