Very good value
Pros:

Great location and a dree parking permit for resident parking slots was a bonus. The room was well furnished with everything I could need. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a fan in the room was also very welcome. The outside and foyer is attractive and welcoming. Great value for money

Cons:

The only negative was the restaurant was closed for the night I was there - that was disappointing but it was not a huge problem for me.

Great location by the seafront on your doorstep and parking in a prime location of Great Yarmouth.

Cons:

Key lock on door failed so anyone could walk into the room without me knowing if I did not realise this issue I now understand the big don’t leave valuables in room now lol
