Very noisy. Customers leaving pub at closing shouting way past midnight. Rooms clean but dated and shower very poor.

Don't think I slept all night we was in room 5 lucky it was for just one night... The room which has a door in the room onto the external fire escape to the ground floor was not secure with a window above that was impossible to shut as it had swollen up and was jammed half way open Stained curtains an electric shower that can only be turned on and off from an electric switch out side the bathroom as the button on the shower is broken you are advised not to do this with wet hands the bathroom is in need of a refurbishment paper peeling and a bit grubby then to top it all off and external extractor fan from the pub kitchen I guessed was kicking on and off all night long not far from the window that you could not close to drown out the noise couldn't wait to leave terrible

The hotel was in a good position in the town close to beach, shops ,restaurants local attractions and walks .the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful
The room was on the top floor with a very steep staircase, the carpets on the stairs and our room were dirty ,needed a good clean which was odd as the bathroom,bedding etc was spotless. There was no window to look out of ,the only light came from a firedoor that had the glass obscured.

Great location in the centre of Barmouth, a little noisy at night but we guessed it would be above a pub but we would stay there again

Paying for parking, leaving/ entering via bins & dirty laundry etc, when pub was closed, kitchen closing earlier than scheduled.
