Staff were very friendly & attentive.
A last minute booking due to a change of plans and had zero ideas about the establishment but an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Wasnt a lot to dislike , poss the room carpet had seen some late night red wine action and def needed a deep clean but the overall experience was enjoyable.
Staff were excellent, food was excellent and bed was very comfy with a nice spacious room
Finding the entrance to the car park was a little difficult and I don’t like walking into a busy restaurant to check in

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Only stayed for one night. Great breakfast.
There was a lot of privacy from the restaurant and function room.
The breakfast food was amazing.
The staff were professional and wonderfully friendly.
The function room and carpark was directly under the window and we could not hear any noise.

Bottles of water would have been nice in the rooms.

Goed bed, vriendelijke mensen, ruime kamer en badkamer en heel schoon. Ook het ontbijt was prima, dit wordt uitgeserveerd. De bus vertrekt aan de overkant en het station is 800 meter lopen.
De badkamer had geen ventilatie en er zou een extra stoel bij mogen, daar is ruimte genoeg voor.
Friendly and helpful staff and a clean, comfortable stay in Blantyre, not too far from Glasgow. Breakfast was excellent and ample free parking on site..
Minor issues - the smell on the way up the stairs, the lack of USB sockets in the room (though myriad conventional sockets), and the bathroom is small. It was expensive but this was true everywhere around presumably due to the Cmwealth Games.
It was clean, staff friendly and helpful the breakfast choice was very good.
