Pros:

Fantastic staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. Had to do a late breakfast booking on the first morning of my stay, and despite being fully booked, they made all the necessary requirements.

Pros:

I liked that the staff were very friendly and helpful. You had a choice of breakfast and dinner. The bedroom was very clean. It was near the sea. Easy to find and near to the train station i would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I think they should put more rea bags, milk and sugar in the bedrooms.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

This hotel was lovely, the rooms were small but very clean and comfortable.
Staff were amazing. The location was perfect, a 30 second walk to the beach. We have stayed at many hotels in Eastbourne but this one is one of the nicest ones weve stayed in.

Cons:

The lift was very small.

Wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Very old hotel with very antiquated lift that can only hold 2-3 persons. Rooms are clean but very basic and could do with upgrading. You have to pre-order evening meals from a very limited menu.

However, staff were helpful and provided good service.
