Perfect room for our family adventure
Pros:

As soon as we arrived, we were met and greeted and shown to our room, cot was provided as requested :) Lovely friendly staff :)

Cons:

Nobody was around when we wanted to check out, didn't get a chance to say goodbye :(

Everything about this hotel cries worse than faulty towers. Looks nothing as per the photographs on booking.com. Moved out after 1st night.

Dirty, grubby hotel with ignorant staff. Complained and the managers wife or partner then argued even though she was no where to be seen during an incident with the owner and partner.

Fire exits on landing do not close, there isn't a bar as described, no towels were provided, doors to bedroom do not close properly, mattress thin as you can feel the springs. Carpets not fitted properly. Breakfast doesn't get served and seating area outside contains one table and 2 chairs.

States in room not to smoke but all you could smell was smoke and dampness. Bathroom door was patched up with a wooden board and broken handles. Grime and dampness on windows.

You get what you pay for the place is absolutely run down and I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

The staff was so lovely and had a problem she was straight there to fix the issue you basically got what u paid for

Every thing I needed £25 so I can't complain ill be back next month
Pros:

Close to the seafront and south shore and bentlys chippy , close to pubs if your going on tbe piss

Some idiot banging doors and running his mouth kept me awake most the night !!
Bed was like sleeping on a bunch of springs not comfortable
Hostile situations occuring.
Felt on edge the time I was there .
Run down and needs a new decent owner not a bunch of no mark chavs running it.
