Spacious, room with 2 fans in to cope with the heatwave. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

Lovely room and en-suite, spacious, well equipped. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

One thing only to improve: the shower as it didn’t have a very good jet of water. For one night, it didn’t really matter but may be a problem for longer stay customers?

Great stay, perfect location, comfy room
Pros:

Paul the manager was super friendly made us feel welcome and invited us to the pub later as a live band were performing that evening. Great time comfortable room very clean. Perfect for our occasion

Cons:

No breakfast but great little Cafe across the road, The Little Bean Cafe had a great breakfast and choice to offer. Delicious x

Pros:

The location is ideal for visiting our family who live in Billingshurst. The surrounding shops and cafes are convenient to get breakfast and shopping.

Cons:

whilst the windows were left open and we had a fan in the room, the temperature was still high and made it uncomfortable to sleep on occasion.
