I thought It was expensive for what it was, and unfortunately no breakfast was provided, which I think it should have been for that price Plus it does list breakfast opening / serving times on Booking.com But in fact there was no provision at all for breakfast, not even to purchase separately Plus I went down to ask to purchase an afternoon/evening meal at 6:10 pm, but I was told that the kitchen had closed for the day Having previously been told that evening meals would be served until at least 7 pm so that was rather unfortunate really

The location & the staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was no lift & the facilities were very basic. The sink wasn't big enough to wash your hands in & there was no bath mat. It smelled unpleasant & our room had no fan or air conditioning.

Still a bit pricey for a run down above a pub room, just about ok but more for a trady workin away

It was pretty run down and a pub , the bedding smelled clean but if it’s an environment for someone not worried about a bit of rough and ready. More like a trash spot working away from home
