Fantastic position on the river in Worcester.
It was a bit too hot with our room being on the first floor! We were at the end of a corridor, lovely and quiet though.
Excellent stay, right in the heart of the town by the river. Staff friendly, lovely food.
Resturant food including breakfast were of a very high standard for the price. Great value.

The room was lovely overlooking the river. There was a wedding party which we were worried about the noise but actually was very good and quiet before midnight. Breakfast was lovely and the staff excellent.
Car parking was very tight. We only noticed when we left that there was additional parking around the back but not as clearly marked. Managed to get the last car park on the front. We also received remote checking in message which asked for time of arrival, we put 13:30 and arrived around that time only to be told that check in was from 15:00. Confusing.
Plenty of outdoor space to drink in. Food was good. Breakfast was excellent

Excellent location
Even though we didn’t have a feature room the bed was very comfortable and room very clean. The view from breakfast was lovely looking over the river.
The first morning we waited 50 minutes for breakfast as they only had one chef on but other people that arrived after us got their breakfast before us. I basically think we were forgotten. I am disabled but was unable to get a ground floor room so had to either have help up stairs or come in and out the fire exit in the rear car park.
