Very good! Definitely worth!
I like the building and the location the bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff were great so helpful nothing was too much trouble, the food was nice.
I very much disliked the fact that there were no toilet lids on the toilets in the ensuites! There was in the pub toilets though but I don’t keep my toothbrush in the public bathroom there was also no vanity do nowhere to keep your skin care despite there being plenty of room for one. The bathroom was huge as was the shower it’s a shame there wasn’t a bath too as it’s a move to have in a hotel as so many have given up their baths at home. The bathroom did seem run down.

The toilet roll holder is in a weird position also I think the breakfast menu should have a better choice like individual items ie bacon, eggs, sausage,and sandwiches instead of a fixed breakfast
Comfortable bed. It was very hot however we had a fan in our room.
Very close to the road and you could hear the traffic when you opened the window which is why having a fan was so very important.

Room boiling hot small window to open thick bed cover couldn’t sleep under a sheet . Bathroom clean . No air conditioning
Nice bedroom. I got a ice bucket and wine glasses to enjoy my night.
Service team should start later at the weekends, it was 8AM and the noise in the corridon was too much, impossible to rest any more minute. Room smell wet a bit, please improve the ventilation
Lovey staff, really polite and friendly, rooms were really clean and presented well and the restaurant food was amazing.
We had to check out really early and there was nowhere to deposit the key for check out so we had to leave the key in the room as we weren't sure what to do with it.
They were great with my grandson and that means a lot. Breakfast was great
