All round lovely, with excellent staff.
Unfortunately, there was only one vegetarian main course option. It was the ubiquitous cauliflower steak. Clearly thought and effort had gone into the menu apart from this option. It is really tiresome when this happens and the other option generally offered in restaurants seems to be gnocchi (: It really means we wouldn't come back if this option does not vastly improve.
Breakfast was fantastic and evening meal was brilliant with the chef catering to my wife's allergies

Beautiful grounds and building. Staff very polite, friendly and professional.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and due to the hot weather we had the window open. The staff clearly congregated during their breaks very close buy and were quite noisy so that was disappointing and disturbed us considerably until way after midnight.
Super Hotel amazing food amazing service run very smoothly very friendly perfectly clean
Good location, nice grounds.
Breakfast was included, but was quite poor. Fruit had run out, ordered scrambled eggs & salmon, came without toast…had to be ordered separately, husband had poached eggs, hard and dry. We had lunch the previous day, wagyu burger dry and tasteless very expensive. Staff all appeared overworked.
Beautiful grounds & impressive looking property.
Room with a garden view.
Enjoyable Afternoon Tea
Plumbing issue in the bathroom causing a whistling & loud noise intermittently which would only stop if the hot water tap was constantly turned on/off. Made it impossible for us to complete our stay as would have kept us awake all night.
Beautiful setting.
Super friendly staff
Lovely breakfast
Booking.com room description a bit misleading.
Room smaller than expected
Great location & great room

Beautiful property with lovely grounds. Food in the restaurant was excellent.
Very basic room for the money. No air con which made the room very uncomfortable. Two very noisy fan that pushed around hot air. No modern sockets. Low window gave no privacy in room.
breakfast was excellent, and the grounds are lovely. good bathroom. plenty of parking.
the room was extremely hot and there was no air condition but just a standard fan.
The hotel is amazing - I love staying here. Restaurant and facilities are fantastic. Any time I’m in Ipswich I choose this hotel
Beautiful building, decor and setting
The local area isn’t great, Kesgrave Hall is an oasis in the Ipswich suburb
