Friendly and accommodating staff. Ensured we were safe and looked after, when my friend took ill. Really thankful.
Clean and great breakfast
Nice spot easy to get to places
Dirty, very old shower that didn’t work only cold
Room and stair ways grubby
Breakfast was lovely..
The married couple was lovely. So nice. Went out of there way to help you and make you feel comfortable.
The guy who greeted us on reception when we got there was awful and shouldn't work in hospitality... he was Rude and not helpful one bit.. I asked for his name and he said i didn't need to know it!
It was not a great start.
But then when we came back later there was a lovely English lady there who i spoke to. She said he was always like that and got complaints but as he was not English she thinks it was not personal. It was just how that ethnicity dealt with things etc. Even tho it was not right he did that..( - she was just being nice i think.
Without her I would have gone into detail about him disrespecting disabilities.. but the lady defo went above and beyond to make up for his behaviour. And so did her husband who worked in the bar. Lovely people. Thank you
Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great
Our room was on the top floor and we were woken by pigeons nesting in the roof. They were so loud we hardly slept once daylight broke as they were so loud. Very annoying. If we returned I would request a lower floor
The bed was comfortable, bed linen clean, towels clean and fresh, staff we saw where friendly.
Wasn't the people, the facilities was the let down.
Wasn't aware there wasn't a lift, we was booked in on the top floor, but wasn't informed that there would be 53 steps! Yes I counted, and not great with sore foot,
Also there was quite a few cobwebs, and a lot of dust on furniture and lights/lamps,
Also there was underwear on the floor in the corner when we arrived, and it def wasn't ours, we hadn't unpacked, so was there from previous guests,
It did the job, but have def stayed in nicer cleaner hotels, although I would say it was more B&B,
Sorry to say, if we back in Llandudno, we won't be booking here.

The hotel , the breakfast was great .
The room was on the dated side ..
My daughter liked her pancakes
The breakfast was cheap and nasty as in the prdouce
The orange and apple juice where cordials not fresh
Over cooked eggs ,undercooked bacon
Poor selection overall i think hiring and experienced chef may help and just to add the gentleman on reception was very helpful and polite he change rooms for us as the room given was really bad
No hot water , broken toilet seat , a punch hole in the bathroom door , dead spiders by the toilet ,the room it's self was dirty so the house keeping need to be alot better and take care on what they do that room looked like it hasn't been cleaned properly in years
Bar area was good nice friendly bar staff
Rooms need updating , dining tables were poor as some were broken , needs more space for the serve yourself breakfast don’t feel it was value for money
The location was perfect
Breakfast was tasteless, and all pre packaged from the supermarket
Dust everywhere. Room was very unclean
Shower was tiny. No fan in room.
Only a double socket at the other end of the room, even though it said there was some by the bed.
Bed was like laying on the floor was rock hard.
Carpet was worn with holes in, could see the floor below
Holes in the walls around the room
Lights didn’t have light bulbs in, so had to use our phones when it got dark
Absolute waste of money, not as advertised & not worth it
