Wifi was very poor, made working a challenge
I looked forward to my 3 rd visit to this very good hotel.i was not disappointed with the friendly atmosphere the staff provided on our overnight stay on the 24 th August.
The reason for not rating achieving maximum ratings was the corridors en route to Room15 were in need of improvement ie (wear and tear)mainly woodwork .
The floor in Room 15 should be repaired ( squeaky floorboards ) and the WC should be refitted . However these points would not stop another visit as the positive reception received always prevails ,

I think I covered this in my previous comments,the breakfast is good but I prefer a breakfast cooked and served by the staff .The buffet was good but like many, some items cooked were dry .
You are not alone as we have stayed in many hotels and the majority serve a breakfast similar to yours.
The breakfast is excellent, nice rooms and kind staff. It's really helpful to have parking.

Lack of a properly functioning lift system is a real draw back if you find stairs difficult. Also makes handling cases more difficult although we had the help of a very strong young man.

I liked how welcoming the staff were , and the room was amazing , the restaurant was also 10/10 , staff were so attentive and always checking in on you to see if you needed anymore drinks which was great
The staff were absolutely wonderful—very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special mention to Sarah at reception, who was fantastic throughout my stay. She was incredibly kind, professional and very helpful with everything I needed. She really went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and I genuinely appreciated the excellent service.

Bellissima struttura a 20 minuti di Glasgow! Un bellissimo hotel, con un ristorante eccellente, in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, confortevole. Abbondante la colazione, sia salata che dolce, tutto buonissimo. Comodo parcheggio per la macchina. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno presso Busby Hotel! Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel, atmosfera rilassata, luci soffuse, ottimi piatti. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!
La posizione non è vicinissima a Glasgow, avendo la macchina in 20 minuti si raggiunge il cento città ma senza macchina probabilmente non è la scelta migliore.
