Fantastic hosts, clean and friendly people. Additional guests were friendly. One big happy family.
Pros:

Ideally location to sea front and suitable to walk to the town centre and local shops.Breakfast was served hot and promptly with good selection for cold breakfast ie fruit, yogurt and selections of cereal.

Cons:

The shower was very small and i was a small person, no where to put shower gel or soap in the shower so had to use the sink at the side which in turn made the floor very wet and dangerous.

Pros:

The hotel, staff and breakfast were amazing. Cant fault the hotel or the little extras in the room. Great location for the Marine Theatre.

Cons:

The mattress, we were unable to sleep all night as it was so uncomfortable. It was really disappointing as everything else about our stay was 5*.

Pros:

A period property that was absolutely stunning, impecable upkeep with sea views that were breathtaking. I dont usually rate hotels but on this occasion I had to simply because this one warranted the positive news for their efforts.

Cons:

If I could improve anything it would be adding a pump to the shower to make it a power shower, otherwise it was okay.

A lovely hotel highly recommended.
Pros:

A lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean and an excellent breakfast. Our room was spacious on the front of the house and the hosts were very friendly. Excellent value.

Cons:

A little bit of a walk at the end of the day from the nearest tram station.
