They say that you get what you pay for....... We didn't pay a lot, and it showed.

Cleanliness, location, owners were so friendly and accommodating with my allergies and the breakfast was scrumptious and all freshly cooked to order!
Mattress was unfortunately going and squeaked everytime one of us turned over. Fine for one or two nights, but wouldn’t be able to do longer on it. Leaky shower which we informed owner of when we were leaving.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions now and would not wish to stay elsewhere in the area. Lovely welcoming proprietors. Good home cooked breakfast. A wide selection of fruits, cereals, fruit juices and a cooked breakfast. can't rate it highly enough. Lovely spacious rooms. Handy for trams and buses, around the corner. Lovely decor throughout. In the rooms there is an iron and ironing board, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. TV, tea and coffee supplied as well as biscuits. Hairdryer available. In addition if you need anything, just ask.
Great place to stay bed could have been a little softer in the room we stayed in. However we have stayed in other rooms and the bed was really comfortable. all in all a pleasure to stay here.
Absolute value for money. Great hosts, immaculately clean, great night sleep. The view from the front rooms looking across the bay has to be the best around. En suite was great. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding.

Lovely building in a fabulous seafront location
We’ve stayed here a few times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The owners really care about their guests. The hotel is spotless throughout. There are so many little extras that ensure all needs are taken care of. There is even a set of binoculars in the rooms along with a chart showing the various locations that can be seen across the bay. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and is of the highest quality. The owners are very friendly and made us feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door until we left. I can 100% recommend this lovely B&B.

The location was perfect . The breakfast was excellent. In the room all the little extras (ie tea coffee drinking chocolate biscuits, wipes and tissues, also a face cloth for makeup.
Couldn't fault it ,the only thing as we were in a high room and had to climb to many stairs, if I stayed again I would request a low floor
Everything was excellent, the owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with more choice than often given in a B&B. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The views were phenomenal especially with the binoculars provided
The only reason I marked comfort at 8 was because we were in an attic room with steep stairs. I could just about manage the stairs but I'm guessing a lot of people would struggle. Next time we stay we will ask for this on booking.

Everything about the stay was very good and the breakfast team were delightful
My only niggles which stop me from giving full marks were: no WIFI in the top room that is sea facing - which was important for me on a business trip and also the absence of plug sockets beside both bedside tables, so nowhere to charge the phone overnight.
