Comfortable and clean and perfectly located. For a B&B I was also surprised that it was a 100% automated process and I never met the owners or managers. I loved the fresh milk in the communal fridge though and a decent coffee machine

Cons:

It was confusing about breakfast. I thought from the booking.com details that breakfast was included, but it was in fact a 0% at a local, very good but also pricey cafe.

Really enjoyable.
Pros:

Really nice, clean and high quality room with good choice of coffee, tea etc. No on site kitchen but Breakfast was at a fabulous Deli - a two or three minute walk. Pubs with decent food also only a few minutes walk.

Just what we needed for a relaxing break.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff very welcoming and efficient. The suite was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. We will certainly return and have recommended Anna’s House to our friends and family.

Superb property in a superb location
Pros:

Beautiful property in a great location on the north Norfolk coast. Parking is allocated on site. A short walk from food facilities so the fact that there is no catering on site does not matter. The room we stayed in was superb.

Pros:

I was contacted with a clear explanation of how to access the front door key and room key. Although I didn’t use the honesty bar/refreshments, they were all available. Anna’s Place thought of all the details and my stay was very comfortable. I would definitely go again.

Mostly good, coukd have been amazing if bed bigger, choice of firm or soft pillow and improve aircon
Pros:

Great location and decor/facilities.comfy bed. Electric fan.
Biscuits and tea in room

Cons:

Pillows too soft for me
Aircon controls impossible to change
Bedside reading light too high had to get out of bed and stand up to turn off
Large room so why not a Superking bed?
