Location, room size, large bed, air conditioning
Very low water pressure in the shower, water leaking through the shower and flooding the floor
Perfect location for exploring/traveling around London with the tube station around the corner.
Comfortable, air-conditioned rooms with everything you need for a city stay
Pleasant helpful staff.
The only minor fault is the noise of the trains if you are on the London Bridge Railway side, but the do stop running eventually.
Absolutamente todo
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were lovely
Nothing
Well-located near the underground and borough market, the hotel requires a walk or a tube ride to reach typical places. Since breakfast wasn’t offered at the hotel (I believe they don’t), we opted for the borough market or a nearby coffee shop.
The hotel is small, and our rooms are even smaller. The windows were small, so natural light was limited. However, the shower and bed were great.
Overall, it’s a good value for money, especially for a short stay of no more than four nights.
Very clean, quiet and the staff was exceptional.
The elevators dud not work for 2 days with no alternative. This was VERY challenging as I have some mobility issues.
The concierge team were lovely
Our bedroom was located in front of the main corridor entrance door. Throughout the night from 3am the door was opened and shut making enough noise to keep us awake. Very dull for £560 stay!
The location of the hotel is excellent and has a lovely bar and reception
Our room didn't get serviced one day and wanted to stay 1 extra night but was quoted an astronomical price. So had to find a cheaper hotel for 1 night.
Excellent location, the room was clean, close to London bridge, tower bridge and eating places.
None
The hotel location was fantastic, the room was excellent and the staff were also excellent, extremely polite and very helpful. We didn't try the breakfast so I am unable to comment on that. We will definitely be happy to stay at this hotel again.
We stayed at the London Bridge Hotel for 3 nights and whilst I appreciate that it was not the fault of the hotel staff or management, both of the lifts broke down on the Sunday of our stay which was a bit of an inconvenience as this meant that we had to walk up and down to the fourth floor for over 24 hours.
Great location especially for Borough Market and London Bridge. Close to the tube station comfy bed and clean The room service was excellent and friendly staff and concierge
Very comfortable, perfect location
Elevators were down during my stay but that was only a temporary issue.
