Pros:

The stuff was very friendly, the location is brilliant the room is not too big but good enough. The bed and the facilities are good

Cons:

I think the shower is a bit scary, stepping down from the bath could be dangerous. The shower being inside the bath is downgrading the shower experience

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

This hotel was fabulous..the staff were superb .. we got upgraded when we arrived ..so friendly and very helpful..especially the guy on concierge..i forgot his name ..came out and got our cases from the taxi ..then upon leaving rang a taxi and waited outside for it to come and carried our cases again ..what a lovely guy !! Rooms were fabulous..cool and comfortable and spotless..breakfast was lovely to ..thank you for a lovely experience..

Great location/room had ample amenities
Pros:

Great location. I was able to check in early. Tea and coffee in room including a tea pot and milk. Bathrobe and slippers provided too. Room was small but comfortable. TV had ample channels. Pillows and towels were good quality.

Cons:

Nothing other than maybe the room was small.

Pros:

Beliggenheten og fasiliteten var perfekt, her har du masse restauranter rundt. Vi gikk fra hotellet til London Eye land, Big ben, shoho og shopping street xford❤️🥰 Beste plassen og beste stedet. Her har du virkelig alt.

Service var topp, de hadde satt igang aircondition på rommet før vi kom, så det var kjempe digg når det var 27 grader ute🥰

Fiyatı daha pahalı olsaydı kalmazdım.
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyi, metroya, trene, otobüs durağına ulaşmak 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok kibarlardı. Borough marketin hemen yanı ve çok keyifliydi. British Museuma 1 saatte yürüdük.

Cons:

Odada 2 adet elma ikramı vardı fakat elmalar kurtluydu. Temizlik çok özenli ve güzel yapılmadı ne yazık ki. Otelin kapısında hep polis araçları vardı bu iyi mi kötü mü bilmiyorum ancak gece bir telefon hırsızlığına şahit olduk (otel kapısının önünde değil ama otel yanındaki pret a manger’in önünde yaşandı), bölge olarak çok güvenli hissettirmeyebilir. Ayrıca tren her geçtiğinde bir sallantı ve uğultu duydum, ilk başta uçuş günü gecesi uçaktaki basınçtan dolayı kulağım uğulduyor sandım daha sonrasında anladım. Gece uyurken dahil tren sesine uyanabilirsiniz.
