Location! Location! and Location. Great hotel staff service, response to questions were quick. Communication in confirming my reservation and my arrival. The staff willingness to answer questions and assist when asking questions or for directions on how to get around the local area, where to eat or best options on local transportation.

Wonderful location, wonderful hosts.
Pros:

The room was clean and well appointed, we didn't need anything that wasn't very easy for us to get from either the front desk or the bar/restaurant (ice, glasses, extra coffee). The concierge was super helpful and kind and they even seemed to mostly recognize us as we came and went, which surely isn't a requirement, but is really really nice.

Cons:

I would like it if all hotels in the UK had an ice machine for guests like we do in the US ◡̈ I know, that's a silly ask, but it's the only thing that would have made our stay even better!
