Would recommend if you want to stay somewhere in the west end.
Pros:

Room was incredibly small but had everything we needed for a few nights in London - most importantly, it was comfortable.

Cons:

No limpian las habitaciones sino estás más de 3 noches, no es acogedor, el personal muy poco amable y hasta para hacer el check out entre 11 y 12 horas te exigen un pago extra. Inaudito!

Pros:

Positiva la posizione, l'ingresso e la hall con la possibilità di avere un ristorante/caffè dove mangiare.

Cons:

Le dimensioni delle camere sono claustrofobiche, sono stata in altri hotel "capsula" simili ma con un livello di design, luminosità e dettagli tale da renderli comunque confortevoli sebbene le camere fossero di piccole dimensioni. Allo Z hotel i colori scuri degli arredi in più datati, la finestra (quando c'è) molto in alto, la porta che sembra quella di una vecchia nave...rendono tutto poco accogliente a prescindere dalle dimensioni.

Nice hotel, good room, but eat breakfast elsewhere
Pros:

Good location and easy to find. Very efficient check in and the room (below ground and without windows) was small but nicely equipped.
Shower room was good and included body wash and shampoo.
Good value for money and will stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor and very over-priced. Even pre-paying the night before to secure a discount, it was still poor value for money.
