Well positioned, well equipped and modern
Room was a little small
Very central, very clean, stay were very helpful. .Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Very quiet.
Initially in an upgraded room that was very
noisy. Staff accommodated our move to a different room.

The situation and the quiet room.
The price was high but justified by the localisation (easy walking distance to covent garden area).

water from the shower is leaking to the outside floor
So close to attractions. Really clean
Location and helpful staff
No safe box in room
Tight-no space to move
No wardrobe
Some hair and unclean linens
pretty good location. That's the only good point about this hotel.
* The manager handling our "check-in" (I felt) was not transparent and misrepresenting facts. 3 instances: (1) asked him that we are ready to pay the early checkin (around 10:30am). He said we will know after 11am. Then, he comes back and says there is a room available. (2) after we took a break and came back around 12pm, I asked whether there are new rooms available now. He said no. Then, again he changed his version and said there is another room he can show us. He took us through the tour of the new room and then said this would require an extra payment because there is a window. Why would he take us on a tour of a room if it was not at the same level of booking as the previous one? It didn't make sense. (3) When we selected the previously allocated room, we found that there is a small window even in that room. By this time, I have stopped trusting whatever that guy was saying. Disadvantages: (1) not enough room to keep luggages for a family. (2) Bathroom walls are translucent. Not good for a family setting. (3) No table/chair to relax. Not worth 400 GBP that was charged per night at all. You have to understand that this review is coming from someone who has stayed in enough hotels (with mostly 4-5 star range) and is a brutally honest feedback. You are fully taking advantage of the location. Otherwise, it is a rip off.
The location is fantastic! The staff are also very nice! It was the height of summer in London, incredibly hot, but the hotel was very cool and had free cold water.
Although I was staying in a cheap room without a window (it was just a one-night business trip), I couldn't understand why there was a long hair on the bed (I'm a short-haired man), so I reasonably suspect the sheets weren't washed!
