Pros:

We came here as a last minute decision as we had been camping and our tent had become water-logged. Lovely little dog friendly Hotel.

Cons:

The room was extraordinarily hot we had to open the doors onto the balcony and have them open most of the night I believe we were in a room right above the kitchen

Great location, great food.
Pros:

Great location close to the centre of the village. Food was fabulous.

Easy check in. Large room with comfy bed. Excellent breakfast 👌

Cons:

Cobwebs on ceiling in room. Bathroom was a bit tired. Very loud music on sunday night in bar area, couldn't talk as music too loud and a bar staff member was dancing on a table in front of us while we were trying to eat a meal. Could also hear loud music when in our room which was disappointing.

Friendly people, good beer and food and a great night's sleep.
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming, staff. Easy check in.

The locals in the bar were friendly and it was lovely to meet Pluto and Pablo, the two lurchers.

The choice of beers was excellent and the evening meal and breakfast both good.

Cons:

The room was dirty and we heard arguing from next door, the room hadn’t been cleaned there was a dirty head mark on the headboard and the sheets weren’t changed

Excellent value hotel for a short walking holiday.
Pros:

The family room was light and spacious for 3 adults. Attractive building, though quite old-fashioned inside - friendly staff, good value evening meals. We liked that dogs were not allowed in the dining room. Breakfast was fairly simple but portions were generous (though it's a shame there were no veggie sausages). Bar was popular, with an outside sitting area, and there was a separate lounge for reading etc. Quiet area a short walk away from the main road and bus stop. Shop, pub and cafe nearby, as well as a railway station.

Cons:

Our room had a damp smell on entering. We could have done with more space to hang up coats etc (we were on a walking holiday) and also to dry towels.

Everything I need to get away from it all
Pros:

Beautiful property, lovely people who bend over backwards for you, so friendly and welcoming. Lovely, dog friendly,relaxed place providing yummy food and a brill bar area.
We are forever returning.

Tranquil and beautiful with plenty places to go to, Harlech beach is lovely.
Pros:

We took our greyhound with us, she was a little bit overwhelmed at first to be greeted by quite a few dogs but soon
settled in, we all enjoyed our stay, staff are lovely.

Nothing to complain about, had a lovely time.

Pros:

Hôtel cosy avec beau jardin qui invite à la détente. Pub au RdC. Tout est bien isolé, nous n’avons pas été incommodé par un bruit quelconque (et nous sommes très exigeants quant au bruit!). Parking facile.
