Clean , tidy and functional
The receptionist!
Het is zonder meer leuk om in een hotel te slapen tussen de sport vliegtuigen, dat heeft een speciale vibe.
Kamers zijn schoon maar gedateerd. Restaurant is eigenlijk beperkt.
Nice and comfy
It was all good
Excellent food
Welcoming staff, beautiful art deco style decor, plentiful parking, great food, well stocked bar, elegant but relaxing ambience. We've stayed many times before but never on a Sunday. We were there for an event and were aware that the kitchen was closed after 3pm on a Sunday and the hotel helpfully sent an email with a list of places to eat and contact details. Breakfast is a buffet and good quality, cooked breakfast, croissants, juices, plentiful hot drinks.
Can't think of anything!
Everything
Nothing
A fabulous historical art deco hotel.
Nothing.

Nothing to dislike
Beautiful and so clean the room was comfy and very clean, breakfast was 10/10 recommend the aviator breakfast
Nothing
Delightful Art Deco ambience, making it a "Boutique" experience. Interest of the Sywell aerodrome activities for an enthusiast.
Disastrous liaison between Booking.com and hotel. B & B was paid for to Booking.com but inclusive breakfasts not included by hotel. When proof of payment shown to her on arrival, room card modified by hand by receptionist, but hotel accounting system not corrected at the time, hence £55 overcharge on check-out hidden in incomprehensible billing had to be discovered and identified to receptionist after initial over-payment. Luckily we had time to do this onsite, after incorrectly paying the required amount in the slightly stressful check-out queue. Refund was paid to card without argument. after detailed explanation made to receptionist, requiring copies of Booking.com receipt. Hotel billing bizarrely starts with a minus value (ie actually a credit) representing the amount paid to booking.com and then includes and debits the items already paid for, to a completely different organisation (booking.com) eg room rate etc, increasing the confusion.
This "cock-up" did not spoil the overall experience, but reminds us that the check-out bill, presented with a flourish as definitive, and in accountant-friendly, not user-friendly format, may not actually be correct at all.
Fabulous.. 15 out of 10 what a wonderful unusual place from planes,, war planes,, museum,, location food
Nothing it was fab,, only comment would be possibly back ground music in the dinning room and a fan in bedroom
Only staff involved in our stay was the receptionist. 10 out of 10.
Room was in keeping with 1930s theme. Rooms were modern standards but dated and could do with a revamp.
Very authentic period hotel , like going back in time .
All good
Excellent food, large comfortable room, lovely staff
