Cons:

Windows would not close in both rooms rented, one of the traveling party was freezing all night.

No lift and we were on to floor ,not a lot of room for your clothes and only got tea tray filled once

perfect for a night over in Aberdeenshire for work. I would consider staying for personal use.
Pros:

It was a cute Scottish Inn with great staff and a nice breakfast included. I would stay again.

Cons:

Beds can always be better in hotels but compared to some this was acceptable.

Pros:

Visited for a wedding at st.Andrews church. Just across the road.
Had main meal , food excellent .
As was the breakfast.
Staff were very helpful and all friendly.

Cons:

Not ideal for my mother.
As no ground floor rooms.
But we managed.

Smoke alarm above the bed flashed very bright green led light all night. Was very annoying

I wouldnt book if your lookingbto rest.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

My room was above an extremely busy bar with loud customers. Came to get the head down after a 14 hour shift and couldnt switch off with the noise level.

Slight smell in the room also.

Didnt stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Location was perfect for the work I was carrying out in the area, very centralised, Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom shower was held together by tape, worked otherwise.

A friendly, authentic stay with good food and beer, but the room and bathroom felt outdated.
Pros:

Good food and beer, friendly people in the surrounding area and in the town, and I liked that it was not an overly touristy place.

Cons:

The bathroom and the room felt outdated and could benefit from renovation.
