A home away from home
Pros:

Wanted the start of my holiday to be a bit fancy but was disappointed.
Pros:

The food was really good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was relaxing.

Cons:

The bed was two beds together but they were not level and there was a hard raised lip down the centre of the bed which was really uncomfortable. I was annoyed that my second night the restaurant was closed and due to hotel rules I couldn’t order food to the hotel so had to have sandwiches from the bar. My room was very dusty, the bed rail, the mirror and the fan in the bathroom was thick with dust. I was a little surprised to have housekeeping cleaning my room without warning or a sign to say not too al my belongings were on the bed. The hotel has a musty damp smell and can feel very oppressive. The location for someone that doesn’t drive was a bit out of the way and my room faced the bus stop and people walking past so kept my curtains closed.

Good - I would stay there again for a short visit but would not want to spend z week there.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I particularly liked the fact that there is a sauna in the hotel.

It is quite a distance from the centre of town.

Nothing was too much trouble!
Pros:

The breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were always so happy, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. You could have as much or as little as you wanted. And the food was always piping hot and of a very high standard. Attention to detail was superb.

Excellent hotel, must be one of the best in Weston.
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Comfortable room. Good meals both breakfast and dinner and reasonable prices.
Nice staff.
Parking behind the hotel.
5 minutes walk to seafront.

Cons:

Residential area, a little out of town but very much compensated by being 5 minutes from the seafront and having its own excellent restaurant where the food is really good.

It was a great weekend
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are really great. The guy who manages the Breakfast Service is amazing, he greets everyone personally and whizzes around ensuring that everyone has everything that they need. Our room was large and the furniture was comfortable. It is not the most amazing hotel that I have stayed in, but everything worked and it was really pleasant. Okay, so maybe the car park needs to be slightly larger and the spaces at the front of the hotel are all for small cars.

Cons:

For what it was, the hotel was on the expensive side of things, even considering the location

Everything. Brillant breakfast. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and very quiet. The garden is a meditative area spot. Plenty of safe parking

Pros:

Food was lovely staff very helpfull and pleasent, swimming pool was a bonus. Good location. Free parking.

Cons:

We had a family room, one or two things need attention, ie curtain track cupboard under the sink.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Bedroom spacious . Comfortable.

Cons:

To be honest just found the staff a little cold, matter of fact, service slow. Under too much stress i guess especially at breakfast. Management prob to blame. We were at a wake and felt like the bar was too much for the team to cope with etc.
