Fantastic stay
Pros:

The staff were extreemly friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my elderly mother. The staff went out of there way to help. I asked if my mother could have a walk in shower and they accomadared this and gave us rooms adjacent. We arrived earlier than check in time so had sandwiches in the garden and as soon as our room was ready we were allowed in. Check out time is 11. This is better than most hotels. We were told we could use the facilities in the hotel all day after checking out if we needed to and store our lugage. The food was absoultly outstanding. For me not to find fault with food it must be good.

Cons:

The hotel is a little way out of town, Not a problem for me but my mother thought the walk was a little to far. However, the number 20 bus runs into town every half hour and a taxi is 7 or so pound.

Elegant hotel, old school quality and a fab welcome
Pros:

Beautifully decorated and stylish hotel - I really loved my room

Cons:

Hard to think of anything but a lift would have been so useful as I was staying alone and found it a bit strenuous getting my luggage upstairs

Lovely hotel, welcoming staff, good service
Pros:

This hotel is a 5 min walk from.the beach. However, a 30 min walk to the centre. Lovely hotel friendly staff. I'd definitely stay there again but there fully booked up into next year.
The pool area and sauna were clean amd well maintained
Restaurant was clean and the breakfast was good with Veggie choices.

Parking on site which is a bonus too.

Lovely well kept gardens if you wanted to stay on site.

Lovely decor and living room areas.

Keep up the good work!

I booked a cosy double and standard double room, both were lovely. My farther in law had the cosy double room with the walk in shower.

Met my expectations, and increased our enjoyment of the day
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast very nice. Perfect location after a competition game of golf at Weston Golf Club. When my society return I will stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing, it was exactly the stay I needed. My wife spent the afternoon by the seafront followed by a relaxing time in the pool

Pros:

The staff are all lovely and make you feel very welcome. Food was good, you can tell they take pride in preparing everything fresh to order. Good size room and of course the pool with sauna is a bonus; you don't often find these facilities at this price range. Free parking too.

Cons:

It was fine for me (I've stayed here once before), just bear in mind that it's 20-30 minutes walk from the town centre.
A robe would be handy for walking back from the pool to your room.

We live in Weston s Mare so we knew what to expect.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner on a Friday when they also had a small wedding. Kept staying guests away from wedding. Not disturbed by it.

Lovely to stay in a private English hotel by the sea that had not started to fade like so many.
Pros:

Incredibly helpful & friendly staff who made sure everything went well. We were called the day before to confirm we could have an early check-in. The room was of a standard expected for the price. Breakfast was included but the non-guest price was very reasonable. We attended a wedding & the food served was of a good quality considering it was serving 50 people. Bar prices & wine were more akin to pub prices than hotel ones. Lovely restful garden & the sun helped.
