Very quiet for a central London spot, able to get a good nights sleep.
Lovely bathroom and large shower
Comfortable bed
Coffee and sugar was old, the sugar had all clumped up.
Housekeeping came in to put bags in the bins soon after we arrived without knocking - did not know we were there!
Great location. Lots of good eateries and bars in this village feel area.
We were able to leave our luggage at the bar before checking in.

Very quiet, no noise from bar or road.
A lot of stairs but it didn’t really affect us as we’re pretty fit. Someone overweight or not very mobile would be well advised to request a room nearer the ground floor.
Location is excellent, lots of cafes and bars close by. Feels very safe. The bed was comfy and it was well equipped with a full length mirror, somewhere to hang clothes and a hairdryer. The staff were very helpful.
The rooms are a bit tired with things falling apart. The extractor fan in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The shower only had one setting - scorching hot!
Super Lage für ein Städtetrip, sehr nettes Personal und die Zimmer für Londonverhältnisse gross. Das Zimmer liegt über dem Pup, aber da hört man überhaupt nichts. Und um 23:00 Uhr ist das sowieso geschlossen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder buchen.
Es hat keinen Lift, das ist aber das einzige.

Sehr kleiner Raum, außer dem Bett so gut wie kein Platz. Die Ausstattung ist nicht in besonders gutem Zustand, höchstens okay.

Aircon was a bit noisy. Some water in the room would have been appreciated and the TV’s in an impractical location.

The room - great size, really comfortable bed, bathroom, kitchenette. Good location, it is really just a few minutes walk from Bond Street/Oxford Street but in a nice quiet part of Marylebone.
Check in - I got to the pub at 1:30pm but there was no staff in the pub for almost 30 minutes at check in; I thought I'd easily get to check in, but access to the room was from 3pm onwards (not 2:30pm as advised); not a real problem but the pub didn't have any food left for lunch! I left my bags and went elsewhere.
I am fine with stairs - but it was on the 4th floor so that should be advised in case someone is less fit or mobile.
Camere molto grandi, non c’è servizio di reception perché la reception è dietro al banco della birra cosa particolare è bellissima, ma che andrebbe detta. Le camere sono spaziose, nella nostro bagno però non c’era sapone ma avevano lasciato nel nella doccia due flaconi di Shampoo, probabile quindi che non abbiano pulito il bagno adeguatamente
Non esiste reception che è anche il suo bello, però andrebbe segnalato prima del soggiorno
Great location, much bigger room than we expected, super comfortable bed, very easy access and good communication.
The shower was a bit cold in temp for me (lukewarm) - that was the only downside.
We loved it so much! I’ve been coming to London for over 20 years now, and I’ve never booked the same accommodation twice because none of them was worth a second stay. But I will definitely book a room here again. It was cozy, perfectly located, quiet, and we felt very comfortable.
