Worst of the worst
Pros:

Only good thing about this hotels is sea view from the room rest service is horrible. Housekeeping is one of the worst.

Cons:

1.Attitude of the staff they behave like we stayed there for free.
2. Housekeeping service is very worst as I stayed so many hotels i clearly comapare the service we received from the hotel. Whenever they came for room service they came with so much Attitude and they don't change anything nor clean the room.Very rude need to train them about customer service.
3. Receptionists some of them are nice and some of them does not know anything how to treat guest. Very rude! they should give proper training to they're staff.


Not sure but looks like they were not happy to have us there 😕 felt different attitude towards us. We did not complain anything cos we did not want any hassle.

No longer value for money. Cannot recommend.
Pros:

It’s centrally located. The rooms are a decent size. The place is clean.

Cons:

Some reception staff provide poor service. There is work going on to Sainsbury’s at the front of the hotel which is noisy and starts early. There is no warning of this on booking.

On the sea front. Staff were fantastic. Close to where I wanted to be. Reasonable price. Rooms excellent although slightly dusty in places. Very comfortable.
Large bed and shower looks like been redone.
Bar sit and enjoy seafront from lounge.

Cons:

Slightly run down but has character. Stairs.
