Pros:

The location makes this hotel a great choice, right on the seafront at the Pier. It certainly plays on it's history but is pretty shabby.

Cons:

It desperately needs some TLC, for what they charge it feels very tired. The windows, original single glazed sash were too difficult to open/close and were left open. We were on the top floor and I wouldn't like having a child up there. Also no lift, apparently out of use for a long time. The narrow Victorian staircase made lifting a case difficult.

Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was great. They allow you to eat take away in the evening in the restaurant area. There was someone on the desk 24/7. Great beach location. Room was spacious and really clean and well stocked.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tired/ dated, but worked well and spotlessly clean. I did get a parking spot, but eould have found it stressful if I didn't.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT 👌.
Pros:

Perfect location right on the seafront, extremely clean, no pubes or hairs in the shower or round the toilet, Tea and Coffee sachets in the room with milk, bed was absolutely comforting with pillows that your head sinks into, parking outside if you're lucky enough for 5 car's, very good value if you want the seafront and views, 10 min walk to all shops, Pubs,Bars etc, 5 mins to the beach ⛱️.
When we go to Brighton again, definitely stay there.
Friendly, courteous and very warm welcome.

Albergo fatiscente. Struttura esterna vecchia e corrosa dalla ruggine. Camera "matrimoniale" di dimensioni inaccettabile. Letto una piazza e mezzo. Bagno di un camper.

Good quality friendly family hotel in a great location with excellent staff.
Pros:

The location was fabulous having a sea front view. Breakfast was excellent really good choice, good portions and all very fresh. It was also very tasty.

Cons:

WiFi strength needs improving as very weak signal.

El interés del personal por lograr que los clientes estén a gusto. Eso lo valoro mucho. El cliente no es un número más y eso se agradece. Me sentí considerada y consentida. Muchos detalles de alta cortesía (poco comunes) y eficiencia para resolver los inconvenientes. Me sentí como en casa. El trato es muy humano. Muy personal. Son muy simpáticos todos.
Las habitaciones están bien. Y el baño también estaba bien, muy limpio, Buena regadera, Camas cómodas. Con todo lo necesario. Excelente atención en el desayuno.

No funcionaba el elevador, ni el wifi en 4o. piso. Pero me ofrecieron ayuda con las maletas y resolvieron wifi cambiándome de habitación. Muchas gracias.
A la fachada del edificio le falta mantenimiento.
Sugiero retirar maniquí del balcón piso 1, es un maniquí de señor vestido como mesero antiguo. Pero no te esperas verlo al abrir el balcón de noche. Ha ha! Alguien no advertido se asusta.
