Overall it was worth the money and I would stay again. Just in a different room.

Inviting. The customer service. The breakfast. The clean, crisp bedding.

Cons:

The room was of quite poor standard, I did book with only a day notice. There was a big stain on the carpet which looked like poop as you walked in and the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. It was so hot that I was physically sick in the night. The window was open and a fan was on but the room was so small that there was no air at all. Not enough plug sockets for a double room. We had to unplug the fan for a brew or to charge both phones and watches.

Pros:

I really liked my room the bed was amazing and perfect location within reach of everything.

Cons:

Due to the summer holidays alot of children especially in the room above mine making a lot of noise.

Pros:

The location is good, closed to the Llandudno pier. Street parking is free, but it can be busy. We were lucky to get a space. The room has good space to keep the luggages. The bathroom is well clean. The breakfast is good. The staffs are friendly.
