The place is decent, it’s very close to local amenities, you can find halal food options just down the street from here
Pros:

The property is mostly clean and tidy, quiet despite the bar downstairs and breakfast is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it is in walking distance to most local attractions, with the Great Orme just behind it. They don’t have private parking facilities so you need to park the car on the street or adjacent streets We left the car there for our entire stay and didn’t need to pay parking.

Cons:

We only stayed one night. The bathroom was quite small, with a very small sink. We also found a live spider crawling inside our bed when we pulled away the duvet. We tried everything to catch it but it just disappeared under the bed. I didn’t sleep well after that.

Good central location and very friendly staff but other than that no plus points at all.
Pros:

Friendly staff and decent Breakfast

Cons:

In major need of an upgrade.
Small room which had not been hoovered. Sockets that did not work and a bathroom you could not swing a cat in with a toilet you had to back onto and a sink which was impossible to wash your face in due to a shelf sticking out approx 30cm above it.
Bathroom smelt of foist.

Avoid room 205.
Pros:

Location was great and lovely breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Needing a update with the bathroom. Soap and shampoo dispensers didnt work. Only 1 plug socket for 4 items so needed to be given a extremely large extension lead to plug the kettle in as the kettle was miles away from the socket. The extension lead kept causing a trip hazard across the room. Not sure how you can have a kettle and drinks unit fixed to the wall and then no nearby socket. Just avoid room 205 I think it was. Smell from rubbish below could also be smelt. Bed was hard and didnt sleep over the 2 nights.

A lovely, friendly hotel close to the centre of town
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of breakfast - hot, cold, veggie, vegan. Very central for restaurants, shops & facilities. Child and dog friendly. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Quiet and easy to access. Clean and comfortable with good tea/coffee making facilites.

Cons:

Steep stairs can be difficult. Small bathroom due to nature of the building. Shower and shower door need attention.
