Friendly, great location and lovely breakfast!!
Pros:

Location was perfect, staff incredibly friendly, really comfortable bed and the fan was very welcome as it was a very hot weekend.

Cons:

The bathroom has seen better days and there were no spare plug sockets. We had to keep unplugging the tv/kettle to be able to charge our devices: fortunately we carry an extension lead in our case that we had to use as there are no sockets next to the bed.

Pros:

The location is brilliant and the breakfast and breakfast team are superb. Relaxing break and nice terrace to sit on. A young but very polite and lovely hotel team.

Cons:

Mould and soap streaks in the shower. The single bed was made with a double sheet that had been cut in half so did not fit and stay in place and there was no mattress protector which is a huge red flag to me.

Unfortunately we had a couple of seagulls screeching and tapping on the window from 2.45 obviously previous guests must have fed them . Dreadful nights sleep

The breakfast was good

Cons:

The cleanliness was disgusting in room 102 we refrained from showering during our stay because the shower curtain was mouldy and dirty. We thought the bathroom could cause health problems if we used it to do anything else but use the loo. Please see photos

Comfortable bed and lovely helpful lady on the reception desk .

Cons:

Terrible service at breakfast, no acknowledgement when we came down , one staff member glanced our way 3 times , no hello ,good morning or we will be with you shortly, we were just left standing in the doorway uncomfortable, then was served a basket of burnt toast and our breakfast was served to us way after people who arrived after us , very disorganised staff that could do with learning some customer service unfortunately, its such a shame after the beautiful service we had received at the reception the afternoon before, in all would stay again, perhaps it was just a busy pocket of time ,just not handled in a professional way .

Checked out a day early.
Pros:

The room: Toilet moved when you sat on it, not enough room to pull chain. Shower leaked when you turned it on, toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. Bedspread ripped, television remote missing its back. Really disappointed in the room for the money. Would not recommend room 108. Breakfast was ok. Checked out early.

Take better care of the rooms and fix problems.

Would not return. Front area bar area lovely & modern but stairs & bedroom dated
Pros:

Location lovely, staff lovely. Felt it was short staffed. Asked for extra towels, gave room number towels never received.

Cons:

Rooms small, no hand towels or hand wash. No shampoo in shower.
