Pros:

Excellent location, clean. comfortable and friendly informative staff. The restaurant is only open from thurs to sunday but is very very good. The homemade steak and ale pie was outstanding served with the best chips i have ever had. The breakfast is also very good and cooked to order served by pleasant and friendly staff. This little gem is excellent value for money and ticks all the boxes,

Pros:

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our weeks stay. The room was clean and met our needs. The breakfast was cooked to order and brought to your table.

Cons:

There is no lift and the stairs are quite steep when carrying your luggage so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great place, great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, breakfast was fantastic, staff was so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable- thin and springy mattresses. We needed two rooms for our group as well and our rooms were not near each other, which was a little less convenient. Over all I would stay again.

Excellent staff which makes a difference.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The bed had no valance on and the base wasn't fastened together, so looked very untidy, and the mattress wasn't comfortable.

Zentral aber ruhig gelegen.
Leider hatten wir Pech das es am Sonntag kein Essen gab aber man verhungert nicht in dieser tollen Stadt. Frühstück dafür mega.
Vorsicht diebische Möven am Pier.

Cons:

Ausblick vom Fenster in den leider nicht schön anzusehenden Hinterhof, Vorhang zu und gut. Waschbecken zu klein und zu tief.
