Location good , breakfast very good, staff professional and friendly
No shower curtain
The location is brilliant, rooms are very comfortable for an overnight stay and the full English breakfast was more than enough and cooked to perfection.

The room was nice the beds were comfy. Was very happy with the adjoining room for my SN son . great location lovely breakfast. Plenty of tea and coffee
The room was a bit tired .we couldn't get the TV to work in the main room. We did ask for help. But there was no-one to assist.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
No lift and 2 flights of stairs up to the room. I missed this when booking so be aware.

Nothing.
Very cosy
I think the rooms need a re decoration
Location excellent. Breakfast very good.
Mattress a little too soft for my liking but comfortable nevertheless. Excellent shower pressure. All staff very friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.
Some fittings and fixtures looking a little dated. Water for morning tea and coffee not hot enough.
The friendly hotel manager helped us to get our luggage into our rooms.
The breakfast was very good.
The rooms were a little bit small
In the bathroom was a shelf above the sink 8t made it difficult to wash my face there as i always hit it with my head
very good
First room had toilet waste all over the floor(a leak). I agreed to move to a second room which was also filthy, stains everywhere and very rundown. The reception agreed with me when I showed her the pictures and video; she rang the manager who said I had to get refund through booking.com. I did not stay at at this hotel, it was that bad! I went to another hotel at a cost of an extra £100. The manager is now refusing a refund, as he feels this filthy room is acceptable for people to stay in and pay £120. I have 24 pictures of evidence of the filth but can only put 4 here. Disgusting!
● Pubic hair on the toilet seat
●White stains on the carpet
●Brown stains on the carpet
●Thick black mould (or dirt not quite sure) in the shower cubicle on the doors, walls and tray
●Stains splattered up the walls
● Hairs stuck to the splatters up the walls
● Stains splattered all down the TV screen.
This is just a snippet of the very clearly unhygenic, dirty things that were in the 'second' room
Abbie was a lovely, genuine overworked receptionist. She was doing two jobs at once but still very kind to me, due to how awful the rooms were and the upset this all caused.
