Lovely hotel in quiet street just outside the city centre
Pros:

Great location near the Forest Rec Ground and The Forest tram stop for easy access into the city centre. Parking on-site is very useful. Clean and decent-sized rooms.

Fine to have somewhere to sleep but I wouldn’t go back
Pros:

It was cheap!

Cons:

No breakfast option, bed not very comfortable, I missed the wifi code at the desk and it wasn’t in the room, too hot in the roof (heat wave), no extra lock on the inside of the room.

Satisfactory and convenient.
Pros:

Good location - easy to find. Plenty of parking space in the hotel car park. Friendly receptionist.

Cons:

I didn't expect to be staying in an annexe building, and I did not like the fact the bathroom was separated by a hall/landing. Bedroom had heavy fire door which made it awkward using the WC during the night. The bedroom was in a roof space and this was very warm during the daytime - there was no air conditioning in the room - other than a floor fan. Bed was comfortable but a standard double size (at least it felt like it).

Not bad for thr price.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Ample storage for clothes, etc. Nice bathroom and shower cubicle.

Cons:

It was really warm in the room. The windows did not open very far, and there was no breeze. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room.
