Excellent, friendly service throughout. Would happily stay again.
Pros:

Excellent three-night stay. We ate in both the restaurant and the lounge and the food was very good in both. We made good use of the pool, with several swims during our stay, and enjoyed a few relaxing drinks in the lounge in the evenings. Excellent, friendly service throughout. Would happily stay again.

The nearby village was cute

Cons:

So felt the price was extortionate for what we got. Staff seemed to be bad mouthing the place at the bar and lots of people complaining about the amenities when we arrived. Not at all what we expected.

Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff were all lovely especially the reception staff.

Cons:

No air con in heatwave but thankfully the hotel had supplied a fan.
