The location. The staff were lovely. The place is very clean. They also let me store my luggage before and after checking in. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location was quite good and centra, reception staff were very polite and supportive as well.
The check-in began at 2:00 pm, and we were hoping that the rooms would be clean and ready for our arrival. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. There were spiderwebs hanging from the lights, insects crawling on the beds, and the towels, which were supposed to be fresh, were not clean at all.
The bathroom facilities were also inadequate. There was not a single hook available in the shower area to hang towels or clothes. Additionally, the showers were extremely congested, making them uncomfortable and inconvenient to use.
Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the facilities did not meet our expectations.

Perfect for the train stations both domestically and for travelling to Europe. Close to Russell Square in the charming area of Bloomsbury and walking distance to many of the capitals sights.

It felt very warm and relaxed.

The room was clean upon arrival, they allowed us to stow our bags before check in. The hotel is close to a tube station making it a very convenient place to stay. They also had a very nice helper for incoming visitors (a dog).
