Ideal place to stay for a London trip if useing Kings Cross .
Pros:

Ideally situated just a short 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station. Lovely location overlooking leafy public garden . Really friendly staff , very helpful . Excellent breakfast to start the day . Portable air conditioner in room helped keep it reasonably cool on a hot night .

Pros:

A very nice place to stay in a nice part of London. Restaurants and Bars close by. Also very close to Euston and St. Pancras railway and underground.

May be a better place in other seasons and with very light weight luggage

Iced water and coffee machine

Cons:

1.No lift, no ac(which we knew in the first place) but during the heatwave it was just unbearable
2. Although they provided two fans, but due to the charging outlet position and amount ( only three ) they weren’t able to ventilate the whole room
3. The two fans took up 2/3 of the charging outlets in the room so there was just one left that’s available, and the hairdryer doesn’t fit with the charging outlet in the bathroom so charging was a problem
4. On the last morning around 7 am, a lady staff knocked on the door and came in without our permission ( thank god we have our clothes on) saying she need to check the fan, she took a look of the two fans and left without explaining anything

Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt. Een erg goede ligging t.o.v. St. Pancras station. Slechts een 10-tal minuten sleuren met de valiezen... Vandaaruit kun je te voet overal naar toe.

Cons:

Airco is niet aanwezig.

Good location and proper window to outside (can be rare for the central London Vs price). Decent wi-fi. Clean.

Cons:

Very small room and bathroom. I had some continuous noise probably from ventilation which could be a problem for sleeping.
Light is not comfortable.
