Limpieza y comodidad en Londres
Pros:

Me encantó que los martes hacen la noche de vino y queso y ofrecen wine & cheese de forma gratuita a los huéspedes. Aparte de eso, habitación muy limpia y colchón muy cómodo. Habitación chiquitata pero ya se sabía.
También me encantó que no hubiese moqueta.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó del todo es que la puerta del baño es corredera y no había mucha intimidad para hacer las necesidades si viajas con otra persona. Y no hay ventilación en las habitaciones.

Small but clean room in the city center
Pros:

The high value of the hotel is the location which allows you to quickly reach the main attractions in London quickly by foot or with public transports. The room was very clean.

Cons:

We booked a room for 4 people and it was way too small to the point that the 4 of us could not stay all standing in the room at the same time. Of course we were not expecting a suite considering the price of the room and its location in the city center of London, however I still feel like the room was way too small for 4 people.

Pros:

Lovley compact room even not having a window was actually nice. Still plenty of room in the room too.

Really well designed. Nice towels early check in paid 10 pounds as close to check in time.

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room I was in had no view whatsoever, as the windows were frosted over, and only one could be partially opened, from which one could only see a ledge. It was close to claustrophobic when in the room.
