Perfect location, lovely air con
Although snug, the room was immaculately turned out, modern and well air-conditioned. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good value, with a range of fresh options. Buy the night before for the best price.
No problems - my stay was very satisfactory.
Mostly as expected. Clean, cool and has everything I need.
Being told there were “a few steps” to my room when in fact there were a few steps and then a whole flight of corner stairs and no lift access to my floor - and I had to get help with my heavy bag from a passing maintenance man who was very helpful.
The staff coped with a difficult situation extremely well (no AC in my room during a hest wave).
Breakfast was in a small, crowded room and staff slow to clean tables, and make coffees. Also coffee was not good. Felt hectic not relaxing start to the day.

Convenient location
Price for a tiny room where the bed is not made when you arrive and doesn’t include breakfast. I was offered a drink that I politely declined (I was meeting with colleagues). Stayed at other London locations for a fraction of the price, room was higher and fully made, and breakfast was included.

Easy check in, very helpfull staff, great breakfast with good coffee and very clean. Great value for money.
I was in a smaller lower level room and found I could not sleep with the aircon on so turned it off. But the noise form the next rooms aircon kept me awake. Also the green emergency light (which I expect is a regulation) lit the room up to much so i was not dark enough so again meant I had a really bad sleep. With the green light and aircon sound it felt like I was sleeping in a fridge. Also the toilet did a 10 second refill every 20-30 mins which again annoying when you can't sleep. (room 608 city hotel)

You couldn’t open the window even though the air conditioner didn’t work… it was really hot inside, so we didn’t stay there during the day
